Former So You Think You Can Dance third-season finalists Laci Schwimmer and Hok Konishi have confirmed they are dating, however the news didn't initially come straight from the horse's mouth.

"Actually there is Hok and Laci, I think they are official and I think they have been official," fellow former So You Think You Can Dance 3 finalist Lauren Gottlieb told Access Hollywood last Friday when asked about any romantic relationships between third-season cast members. 

Gottlieb's claim of Schwimmer and Konishi's relationship was then supported by So You Think You Can Dance 3 champ Sabra Johnson as well as finalist Neil Haskell.

"What?  Wait.  Wait.  Where did you get that information from?" questioned Schwimmer when approached by Access Hollywood about her alleged relationship with Konishi.  Once she learned it was her fellow finalists who let the cat out of the bag, Schwimmer said, "Alright, you caught us."

Schwimmer, an 18-year-old swing and international Latin dancer from Redlands, CA, was eliminated from So You Think You Can Dance 3 during the show's finale last month, while Konishi, a 22-year-old B-boy dancer from Los Angeles, CA, was cut on the cusp of the Top 10 being revealed.

"It wasn't like we were partners and we spent time together," Konishi told Access Hollywood, adding his relationship with Schwimmer gradually grew into a romantic one.

The confirmation of their love connection followed rumors circulating on the Internet that picked up steam when Konishi and Schwimmer were recently "spotted together looking cozy" at a Los Angeles mall, according to Access Hollywood.

Schwimmer said she was first introduced to her new beau by her brother -- So You Think You Can Dance second-season champ Benji Schwimmer -- who knew Konishi because he also competed during the show's second installment last summer without making it as a finalist.

"So, he was actually my brother's friend before he was ever my friend," Schwimmer told Access Hollywood.

Schwimmer and Konishi will be able to spend more time together in the coming months, as the show's 49-city 2007 North American tour will kick-off Friday, September 21 in Albany, NY and conclude Friday, November 30 in Reno, NV. 

While it is normally only the Top 10 finalists who get to participate in the tour, So You Think You Can Dance judge and executive producer Nigel Lythgoe revealed during the finale broadcast that Konishi would serve as an alternate in the event an injury occurred.
