So You Think You Can Dance judges Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy and Vanessa Hudgens decided to advance the following girls to the next round: Hannahlei Cabanilla, Magdalena Fialek, Genessy Castillo, Chelsea Hough, and Jensen Arnold.
These five girls were chosen after the Top 10 female dancers each took the stage with a So You Think You Can Dance All-Star.
Hannahlei, an 18-year-old contemporary dancer from Anaheim, CA, performed the salsa with All-Star Jonathan Platero in a number choreographed by Oksana Platero.
Mary said the tricks in her routine were mind-blowing, and Nigel gushed about how the routine was "hot, spicy and fearless."

Magdalena, a 27-year-old Latin ballroom dancer from Nowy Sacz, Poland, danced a contemporary routine with All-Star Robert Roldan, choreographed by Mandy Moore.
Magda made Vanessa cry because the dance was so gorgeous, and Mary said she gave "an honest performance" and the emotion she was able to convey was extraordinary.
Genessy, an 18-year-old contemporary dancer from Jamaica, NY, took the stage with a hip-hop routine alongside All-Star Fik-shun that was choreographed by Christopher Scott.
Nigel said the amount of work she had put into the routine really showed, and Vanessa added she "brought the fire" and showed passion onstage.
Chelsea, a 24-year-old jazz dancer from Nashville, TN, performed the salsa with Jonathan Platero.

After dancing Oksana Platero's choreography, Mary said Chelsea soaked up all the technique and made it look like she was living in the moment. Nigel added that her hips didn't lie.
And Jensen, a 20-year-old Latin ballroom dancer from Provo, UT -- who is Dancing with the Stars pro Lindsay Arnold's younger sister -- danced a jazz piece with All-Star Brandon Bryant that was choreographed by Ray Leeper.
Nigel said Jensen had matured so brilliantly, and Vanessa explained Brandon pushed her to new heights. Mary also noted it was one of the best performances of the day.
The five girls who were therefore cut from the competition were Dayna Madison, a 21-year-old from Memphis, TN; Brianna Penrose, an 18-year-old tap dancer from Seattle, WA; Stephanie Sosa, an 18-year-old from Drem, UT; Sydney Moss, a 20-year-old from Eads, TN; and Emily Carr, an 18-year-old from Springfield, NJ.
Next week, the Top 10 guys will each perform with an All-Star partner, and then the judges will decide which five dancers will move on to the live shows.
