Fox has announced the network has renewed So You Think You Can Dance for a sixteenth season.
The show -- which has aired every summer since 2005 -- will discover some of the nation's most talented dancers between the ages of 18 and 30 in New York City, Los Angeles and Dallas.
"Each season, the talent on So You Think You Can Dance reaches new levels and continues to create the most incredible routines," Fox reality programming chief Rob Wade said in a statement.
"The hard work and passion that goes into each performance is awe-inspiring. We can't wait to see what Season 16 has in store and look forward to bringing you a new crop of incredible, inspired and inspiring dancers."
So You Think You Can Dance executive producer and judge, Nigel Lythgoe, added he is "thrilled" the show has been picked up for another season.

"This allows us to shine the spotlight once again on the incredible choreographic and dance talent across the United States as we search for America's favorite dancer."
The judging panel for Season 16 has yet to be confirmed, but the stars who served as judges for Season 15 were Nigel, ballroom expert Mary Murphy, and actress Vanessa Hudgens. Stephen "tWitch" Boss also made guest appearances as a fourth judge.
Cat Deeley has held onto her role as host of So You Think You Can Dance for 14 seasons, so it's more than likely she will return for Season 16.
Last season, America crowned Hannahlei Cabanilla, an 18-year-old contemporary dancer from Anaheim, CA, the winner over runner-up, Jensen Arnold, a 20-year-old Latin ballroom dancer from Provo, UT. The finale aired in September 2018.
Hannahlei walked away with a cash prize of $250,000, the cover of Dance Spirit magazine, a role in the live musical production of RENT on Fox and the title of "America's Favorite Dancer."
