"I did my best and that is all that matters!" Keshia said following her ouster.

Keshia was eliminated from Splash after she lost the dive-off against fellow contestant Katherine Webb, a model and reigning Miss Alabama USA.

Splash judges David Boudia, a London Olympic U.S. Gold medalist, and Steve Foley, an Australian Olympic athlete and USA Dive Team director, both opted to save Katherine because they believed she was more of a risk-taker.

Had David and Steve come to a split decision, the live audience would've determined which contestant would be sent home.

Keshia and Katherine were forced to compete in the dive-off after they had both received the lowest combination of judges' scores and the audience's scores for their first dives of the night.

Keshia's initial 10-foot dive earned an average score of 6.00 from the judges, while Katherine received an average score of 6.75 from David and Steve for her 16-foot dive. While the audience's vote ended up counting for half of each contestant's overall score -- although the numerical values of the audience's vote were not revealed -- Keshia and Katherine still landed in the bottom two.

Three other celebrity participants dived and survived during last night's episode after undergoing weeks of training with medaled diving legend Greg Louganis.

Comedian Louie Anderson earned an average score of 7.25 from the judges after he bravely dove from 23 feet when he had originally planned to start off at 16 feet.

Extreme skier Rory Bushfield received an average judges' score of 8.00 after he dove from 33 feet and featured numerous tricks on the way down. Retired NBA basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar earned a 7.25 average score for his three-meter springboard dive.
