Stacy Keibler shared the first photo of her 3-months-old daughter Ava Grace on her blog on Monday.

In a post titled "Blessings," the model and "Supermarket Superstars" host posted a black-and-white image that finds her looking at her daughter as the baby giggles. In the body, Keibler wrote about how "unpredictable" life can be and recounted some of the things she considers blessings in her life.

"Until I started dating Jared, the idea of being married and having a family was never on my radar," she wrote. "But after a serendipitous reconnection with Jared, a friend who turned out to be my soulmate, we created a family together almost instantly."

Keibler married Jason Pobre in March and announced her pregnancy shortly after. The couple welcomed their first daughter on Aug. 20.

"Ava has graced us with such joy, such light and such love“we never saw it coming," Kiebler wrote in her blog post. "She is our special little lady, and I couldn't be more thankful for how she has opened my heart."
