The 33-year-old former Jackass, Wildboyz and Dr. Steve-O star pleaded not guilty in a Los Angeles courtroom on Wednesday to a felony cocaine possession charge stemming from an arrest last month, E! News reported.
Steve-O will be required to attend a preliminary hearing set by Los Angeles Commissioner Henry J. Hall on May 13, in which the court will decide if there's enough evidence to go to trial, according to E! News.
Steve-O was placed under citizen's arrest on March 3 at his Hollywood apartment complex on suspicion of vandalism and drug possession after he was filmed putting holes in the wall of a neighbor's apartment. He was charged with felony cocaine possession stemming from the incident.
Realizing it was time to for Steve-O to clean-up his act, his friends "physically forced" him to go to Thalians Mental Health Center, where he completed a four-day stint under observation after an alleged suicide attempt. He then underwent further evaluation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Steve-O was originally scheduled to be arraigned for felony cocaine possession on March 26 but forfeited his $10,000 bail to instead continue to receive treatment.
"I've been clean for 44 days," Steve-O told E! News after his appearance in court on Wednesday.
With his life seemingly back on track, Steve-O recently told Carson Daly on Last Call that he's working on a "comedy gangsta" album.
"I'm the only guy dumb enough to try to give hip-hop a sense of humor," he told Daly, according to E! News.
