"I hit rock bottom, didn't even know who I was anymore. I couldn't be more proud of myself and I'm just happy," Mahogany said following her ouster.
Mahogany started the competition as a size 14 with 37% body fat and a resting heart rate of 75. In a post-elimination update, Mahogany is now a size 8 and has a 25% body fat percentage and resting heart rate of 58. She also gained 11 pounds of lean muscle.
The STRONG broadcast began with five teams remaining.
For this week's "Ultimate Challenge," the pairs were required to propel a 120-pound bag around the arena. The trainers were only allowed to kick it, while the trainees could kick or punch the bag. The two teams with the fastest time would battle it out for the win in Round 2, while the two teams with the slowest time must face off in Round 2 to determine who goes to the tower. At this point in the game, a team had no chance to save themselves.
The overall winning team would be afforded the opportunity to choose which team would join the Ultimate Challenge's last-place team at the elimination tower.
The Lime team and Grey team -- comprised of Wesley Okerson, a 37-year-old from Los Angeles, CA, and trainee Jasmine Loveless, a 30-year-old from West Hollywood, CA -- won the first round. The Yellow team and Blue team -- made up of Jill May, a 35-year-old from Willmar, MN, and Bennie Wylie, a 39-year-old from Tuscola, TX -- battled to avoid the elimination tower.
In the end, Grey team members Wes and Jasmine finished in first place. Wes and Jasmine received a $25,000 medallion, making their total so far for the season $100,000.
Yellow team members Brittany and Todd finished the challenge in last place and therefore had to compete in the elimination tower.
After carefully deliberating, Wes and Jasmine decided the Lime team should go up against the Yellow team at the elimination tower. Dan and Mahogany were told they had to "pay to play" in order to deserve making it to the Final 4, and Mahogany had a feeling everybody wanted her gone.
The elimination tower features four levels, and one obstacle evolves every week as the contestants' bodies strengthen. However, the course was modified this time around due to Mahogany's injury.
The hardest part of the tower for Mahogany turned out to be the spiral coil resembling Monkey Bars on a child's playground. She fell off the bars three times. Dan even tried to carry her on his back but they failed to complete the obstacle before Brittany and Todd finished the whole tower.

Brittany and Todd ended up winning with a faster time of four minutes and 10 seconds.
Before Mahogany and Dan went home, they gave one medallion to the Purple team -- made up of Nicole Bentley, a 25-year-old from Los Angeles, CA, and Mathew Miller, a 34-year-old from Las Vegas, NV -- and another medallion to the Grey team.
