It's getting to the point that just getting a tribe to arrive intact to compete in a challenge is becoming a significant accomplishment for a Survivor: All-Stars tribe.

For the second time in a month, a Survivor: All-Stars contestant arrived at a challenge only to declare their intention to quit the game, as last night Sue Hawk quit upon Chapera's arrival at the Reward Challenge, alleging to be distraught over her challenge incident with Richard Hatch that was broadcast in the previous week's episode.
Despite showing little visible reaction in the immediacy of the fifth episode event during which Hawk provoked physical contact with the naked Hatch by intentionally placing herself in his path during the balance beam challenge, Hawk apparently changed her mind after a sleepless night.
Alleging that she was "sexually violated" when the naked Hatch thrust his hips at her while passing on the beam, the same strong-willed abrasive woman who claimed no fear of drinking contaminated water and just days earlier had openly urinated on her raft while in the company of her tribemates began to break down over the incident. Alleging that she was sexually violated and deeply humiliated, the foul-mouthed former truck driver became sobbing, complaining of an inability to sleep, and apparently discussing with at least one of her tribemates how a theoretical lawsuit claim against Richard might be strengthened if she were to leave the game immediately.
Upon Chapera's arrival at the Reward Challenge, Sue followed through on her plans to quit the game, launching into a tirade against Survivor host Jeff Probst about the severity of the incident and immediately departing via a nearby production boat. With a second survivor having followed Jenna Morasca in quitting the game, Survivor's Immunity Challenge was once again cancelled with all the remaining players receiving immunity.
