She will be playing on the Takali (Gen X) Tribe when the franchise's 33rd season premieres Wednesday, September 21 at 8PM ET/PT on CBS.
Sunday, a fan of Survivor since Season 1, would describe herself as bossy, compassionate and tenacious. She was diagnosed with breast cancer four years ago but overcame the odds, so she wants to show her family that she can also survivor the difficult game.

- Her hobbies include repurposing and painting furniture, interior design, and thrift shopping because she loves the thrill of hunting for a good deal.
- Sunday believes she'll excel in the game of Survivor because she has a strong personality and is good with people. She works with younger people for a living, so she believes that will help her make allies on her tribe. She also boasts leadership skills and will work hard around camp.
- The castaway underwent five surgeries, eight rounds of chemotherapy, 28 days of radiation, and side-effect filled medications to beat cancer. She wants her children to see she's a warrior, not a whiner.
- If she could bring any three things on the island with her, Sunday would pick a deck of cards to help break walls down, lip gloss because she feels better with color on her lips, and '80s music to sing along with.
- Sunday's can't stand arrogant people, those who think they're God's gift to the human race, catty women who make snide comments, back-handed compliments, and people who are late.
