Forget sending in those home videos... if you really want to get on a CBS reality TV program, just get a job on the staff of Los Angeles' "Belly" bar.

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that "Survivor: The Amazon" contestant Alex Bell -- first identified as a "trialthon coach" by CBS and now being promoted in the on-air promos as a "project manager" -- also works as a doorman at a bar called "Belly" in Los Angeles. "Belly" originally gained fame when Big Brother 2 contestant Mike "Boogie" Malin continually plugged his status as co-owner of the establishment and the bar quickly became a hang-out for reality TV has-been's and never-were's.
Soon after, during the airing of "Survivor: Marquesas," it was revealed that contestant Gabriel Cade was also a bartender at "Belly" and that fellow "Survivor: Marquesas" contestant Sean Rector was a regular patron. Most recently it was reported that "Belly" had become a "reality halfway house" of sorts for cast-offs such programs as "Survivor," "Big Brother," "Temptation Island," "Real World" and "Road Rules."
Responding to press inquiries, a CBS spokesperson replied that a casting crew ''stumbled'' upon Bell during an "unofficial" visit to Malin's bar.
