"It feels wonderful!" Kwon told People. "I've always thought that the single most important decision in your life is who you decide to spend it with."
At the concert, the performing band -- Seriously -- played the duo's favorite song before Kwon hopped on stage and presented Tan with a platinum, 2.2-karat, cushion-cut diamond ring, according to People.
"It seems my strategy of proposing in a public forum, maximizing social pressure, and shocking her into silence seems to have worked," Kwon told People. "Now I just need to plan the wedding before she comes to her senses."
The 33-year-old management consultant -- who was named one of People's Sexiest Men Alive in 2006 -- met Tan, a 29-year-old mortgage bank product manager, in December 2006, the same month he defeated Ozzy Lusth and Becky Lee to win Survivor: Cook Islands' $1 million prize.
"I gave her the Hidden Immunity Idol as a token of my love," Kwon told People. "And I knew she loved me back when she didn't laugh in my face."
