"No words to describe how full my heart is after this weekend. I married the love of my life, my soulmate, twin flame and very best friend," Joe, 31, captioned a wedding photo Tuesday on Instagram.
In the photo, Joe, looking dapper in a tuxedo, kissed Sierra's hand as she was smiling big and wearing a form-fitted lace dress with fringe accents on the long sleeves. She wore her hair down and teal earrings for a burst of color.
"We have been blessed with incredible families, friends, and complete strangers who have affirmed us in more ways than we could ever imagine," Joe continued in his post.
"I know I'm not alone when I say just how stunning, beautiful and special @sierra_dawn_ truly is. We are both so thankful for all the support and kindness in our celebration of our marriage and union. Thank you all from the bottoms of our hearts."
Sierra, 32, re-posted the same photo from her nuptials and gushed about the big celebration.
"My Prince Charming, my forever... Thank you to our family and friends who made this night more than we ever could've imagined. Your love and support was poured upon us and we've never felt more lucky for each and everyone of you," she wrote alongside the image.
On November 14, Sierra revealed she and Joe had obtained their marriage license certificate.

"Done did the damn thang #outwedoutloveoutlast #thetribehasspoken #finaltwo #SOULsurvivor #solesurvivors," Sierra captioned a cute selfie of the couple at the time.
Two days earlier, Sierra shared a beautiful photo of the couple from what appeared to be their engagement photo shoot, and she called Joe her "fiance for 11 more days," suggesting the couple would have had their wedding on November 23.

Sierra announced her engagement to Joe back in early April with an Instagram posting while Joe's Survivor: Edge of Extinction season was airing on CBS.
"Forever and ever, amen," Sierra captioned a close-up photo of the couple's hands with a pear-shaped engagement ring on her finger.
Joe, a jewelry designer who has competed on Survivor three times, and Sierra, who has competed on Survivor twice, met when they competed against each other on Survivor: Worlds Apart, the 30th season of the show that aired on CBS in 2014.
However, the couple did not fall in love during Survivor: Worlds Apart -- in fact, Sierra voted Joe out of the game!
Joe attempted to use his flirtatious nature to manipulate Sierra during Survivor: Worlds Apart, but Joe told The Salt Lake Tribune earlier this year "she was not having any of that."

"We really didn't even have that great of a relationship, even within the game... She voted me out, which she reminds me of every chance she gets," Joe shared with the newspaper.
According to Joe, the pair's "friendship developed" after the game when they both attended Survivor-related events or gatherings, and then they ultimately met each other's families.

"You always say, 'Oh, what if?' But in reality, you know that's not going to happen. And you shouldn't couple up because it's bad for your games [to be viewed as a power pair]. But, again, all this happened after the fact."
Joe said he and Sierra realized how much they had in common as time progressed.
In addition to playing on Survivor: Edge of Extinction and Survivor: Worlds Apart, Joe had appeared on Survivor: Cambodia -- Second Chance, the 31st Survivor season that was cast based on viewer voting.
As for Sierra, she also returned for Survivor: Game Changers, the franchise's 34th season.
Survivor: Island of the Idols is currently airing Wednesday nights at 8PM ET/PT on CBS.
