Andrea Boehlke and Matt Elrod were crushing on each other during Survivor's 22nd season, but they had a very up and down relationship since she wasn't afraid to blindside him -- multiple times -- in order to get ahead in the game.
Andrea and Matt continued to talk after the season wrapped filming, but it was difficult to maintain their romance since they lived in different parts of the country, so things fell apart between them after the show.
Andrea went on to compete on Survivor:Caramoan as well as the franchise's Game Changers season.
As for Matt, he married someone else in Fall 2017.
