Following in the footsteps of this summer's House Calls: The Big Brother Talk Show, CBS has announced that the fall season of its biggest reality show, Survivor, will also feature its own live Internet talk show. Survivor Live: The Internet Talk Show, a one-hour streaming video program, will premiere Thursday, September 16 at 2PM ET and air twice-weekly on Thursdays and Fridays at 2PM ET.

Survivor Live: The Internet Talk Show will be co-hosted by original Survivor winner Richard Hatch and Chris Booker, an Entertainment Tonight correspondent and New York radio personality.

The Thursday editions of Survivor Live: The Internet Talk Show will look back at the prior week's events and offer prognostications for that night's televised episode on CBS. The Friday edition will offer analysis of Thursday's episode and provide Survivor fans an opportunity to talk directly with the castaway who got voted off the previous night.

"Season after season, Survivor has been the gold standard by which all reality shows are measured, both on-air and online," said David Katz, Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Interactive Ventures, CBS Television. "Survivor Live is the most innovative interactive experience to date and raises the bar by providing fans their first opportunity to chat directly with each voted off Survivor and personally share their insights and analysis. The tribe has spoken....now it's time for the fans!"

Survivor host Jeff Probst will be the in-studio guest on Thursday's special Survivor Live: The Internet Talk Show premiere.

The premiere of Survivor Live: The Internet Talk Show marks the second live streaming video talk show to be broadcast via the Internet on CBS.com. In July, CBS debuted House Calls' daily half-hour webcast. According to CBS, House Calls is believed to be the first live Internet talk show produced exclusively for a television network.

Survivor Live: The Internet Talk Show will include utilization of multiple cameras and a specially designed set that will resemble the island of Vanuatu. The call in phone number is 646-CBS-1000.
