The Bachelor alum Tahzjuan Hawkins has revealed she's currently taken and in a new relationship following her controversial appearance on Zach Shallcross' season.

Tahzjuan never had much luck dating on The Bachelor franchise. After an early elimination on Colton Underwood's The Bachelor season in 2019, she looked for love on Bachelor in Paradise's sixth and seventh seasons but came up empty.
Tahzjuan then hosted a group date on Zach's The Bachelor season, which just premiered on ABC last month, and asked Zach if she could join his cast of bachelorettes and compete for his heart. Zach, however, turned her down.
While things didn't work out between Tahzjuan and Zach, she's apparently doing just fine in the romance department.
"I am taken. So I am not single," Tahzjuan revealed on a recent episode of the "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" podcast.

Tahzjuan, who's been working as a real estate agent in Denver, shared with the podcast's host Joe Amabile and his other guest, Andrew Spencer, how she's happy and "in a relationship."
Tahzjuan said she had been searching for a man with a good personality who can make her laugh.
"It's difficult in this world when you go to Paradise and you're looking for love. I think I've done it so many times, that it's like, 'Okay, I need to [look in the real world],'" Tahzjuan shared.
She went on to clarify with a laugh, "[My boyfriend] is absolutely not [Tre Cooper]'s uncle. I know everyone is probably wondering."
Tahzjuan admitted during the premiere of Bachelor in Paradise's seventh season in 2021 that she had gone on a date -- and made out with -- Tre's uncle prior to filming the summer spinoff. (Tre initially competed on Katie Thurston's The Bachelorette season in the first half of 2021).

Despite the awkward family connection, Tre pursued Tahzjuan in Paradise and the couple hit it off.
However, Tre ultimately decided that he and Tahzjuan lacked good communication and she wasn't his person, and so he left the show single.
"I'm just done with love. I give up," Tahzjuan lamented after Tre's departure. "I didn't want my time here to be cut short but there are no options left."
Tahzjuan therefore packed up her bags and left the show as well, complaining in her final words, "I came to Paradise to be able to find love and it didn't work out—again. This is, like, my worst nightmare."
Andrew shared that Tre is one of his best friends and that Tre had spoken highly of Tahzjuan after their time in Paradise together.

Andrew noted how Tre was disappointed in himself for how he had left the show, and so the football player asked Tahzjuan if she would've tried to work things out with Tre had he remained on the beach or made himself available to her after the show.
"Oh, I did! I did even after leaving the beach," Tahzjuan said. "He was just very, like, not happy. And so I was like, 'Sounds good. I'm not going to [push].'"
But Tahzjuan reiterated how Tre was just "not happy" when she tried to reconnect with him after their Paradise stint.
Andrew pointed out how Tre was definitely not happy with the show -- including the food, the heat, and the sleeping arrangements.
Tahzjuan reasoned, "That environment can be hard sometimes, and you never know how you're going to be. So it's not for the faint of heart."

During Tahzjuan's first Paradise season, she went on a date with John Paul Jones but essentially self-destructed due to the hot weather conditions.
When asked if she'd ever appear on Bachelor in Paradise again -- if her current relationship doesn't work out -- Tahzjuan admitted, "After [my portrayal on] The Bachelor episode, I'm not sure. I should throw in the towel and hang it up. But never say never!"
"You never know what life has to offer and bring... so we'll see. We'll see," she added.
Tahzjuan made waves and rubbed Zach's bachelorettes the wrong way when she suddenly decided to make a move on The Bachelor's Season 27 star.
Tahzjuan dismissed the other women and made them feel like no one was putting enough effort into pursuing Zach. She also reminded them that only one person will get to marry Zach at the end of the day.
Zach, however, wasn't interested in bringing Tahzjuan onboard and upsetting his original Night 1 ladies.
When Zach rejected Tahzjuan on his The Bachelor season, she got emotional when talking to a producer about her love life behind the scenes.
"Everyone else figures it out and finds their person," Tahzjuan could be heard venting off-camera. "But, like, I never do. I'm not going to cry. Bad b-tches don't cry."
Tahzjuan, who fired back at trolls after The Bachelor episode aired, concluded on the "Click Bait" podcast, "Everything happens for a reason."
