"Guess who's leaving the hospital!?" Braxton yelled in a Tuesday Instagram video before basically breaking into song. "Finally! We're gonna do it! Yes!"

In the video, someone was pushing Braxton in her wheelchair through the hospital.

"Look at GOD!! #so blessed. thank you all for your prayers. I [love] you all so much," Braxton captioned the clip laced with hearts and face emoticons.

Braxton was spotted leaving a CVS pharmacy yesterday, when she told TMZ she "just got out" of the hospital and dropped off her prescriptions.

"I'm so excited to be back," she added.

Braxton is clearly well enough to go home after being diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism around this same time last week. While doctors initially thought she was suffering from pneumonia and exhaustion, it turned how she had blood clots in both of her lungs.

Braxton was hospitalized November 9 before DWTS' performance show began airing, but she shockingly returned towards the end of the episode and still performed a joint routine with her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy, fellow contestant Nick Carter and his partner Sharna Burgess. However, Braxton returned to the hospital after the show.

Although Braxton would've loved to continue competing on Dancing with the Stars, she was forced to withdraw from the competition due to her poor health.
