Taylor Swift says she goes to friend and fellow star Gigi Hadid for advice.
The 27-year-old singer had nothing but praise for the "kind" and "inclusive" 22-year-old model when questioned for Hadid's cover story in the June/July issue of Harper's Bazaar.
"As a friend, Gigi is one of the first people I go to for advice," Swift told the magazine.
"She has this incredible ability to see all sides of a situation and simplify it for you, to see the complexity of people."
"Gigi's #1 rule is to treat people the way she'd want to be treated, so she's on time (or early) to work, says hello to everyone on set, asks them how they are, and actually listens to their response," she added.
"She is an innately kind and inclusive person who has managed to become a huge power player and businesswoman without ever compromising that," the star concluded.
Hadid is close friends with Swift and other young stars, including boyfriend and singer Zayn Malik and model Kendall Jenner.
She said in the interview that she learned to value quality over quantity in friends after her career took off.
"A lot of interesting things in friends come out," the model shared.

"So in a way it's good because you learn that it's better to have a few really good friends than tons of friends you aren't really sure about."
"The time I do have off, it's not even enough to give everyone I love attention. I'm good with [the friends] I've got," she added.
Hadid described Swift as an inspiring and "incredible" friend in a post for the singer's birthday in December.
She told Love magazine in 2016 that she seeks Jenner's advice because the 21-year-old model understands her experiences.
