Tayshia Adams has hinted she may possibly return as host of The Bachelorette one day.

Tayshia, who hosted Season 17 and Season 18 of The Bachelorette alongside Kaitlyn Bristowe, said "yeah" the door is open to hosting again during a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight.

"We'll talk about it. We'll see what happens," Tayshia told ET. "I feel like I'm doing pretty well doing some other things."
Tayshia, for instance, just hosted the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted, an honor she called "very surreal."

But she said she is "excited for" The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer, a sports analyst who previously starred on The Bachelor's fifth season, to host The Bachelorette's upcoming nineteenth season, which premieres Monday, July 11 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
"Jesse is such a sweetheart, but I feel like," Tayshia said, before seemingly changing her line of thought. "I'm excited for him. I feel like he's going to do a good job."
Tayshia previously told Us Weekly that Jesse's casting wasn't a surprise and The Bachelorette producers had given her a heads-up before the public announcement.
At the time, Tayshia told her departure from hosting The Bachelorette "a pause."
A source told Us in late March how "the doors aren't closed for good" in terms of Kaitlyn and Tayshia participating in the franchise in the future, adding, "Never say never."

Tayshia continues to have a "cordial" relationship with ABC, according to the source, and "the bridge is not burned" regarding her future involvement in the franchise.

"She's been exploring a lot of different avenues and meeting with different people in the industry," the insider noted. "She's looking to continue expanding her career outside of Bachelor Nation."
During an episode of her "Off the Vine" podcast in March, Kaitlyn similarly suggested that she was looking forward to some time off from The Bachelorette as well, even though she was "sad" about not being a part of Rachel Recchia and Gabby Windey's search for love on the ABC reality series this year.
She called Jesse's casting a "blessing in disguise" since she'll now have the time for other side projects and to actually plan her wedding with fiance Jason Tartick.

Tayshia also currently has more free time. She told ET, "I feel like it's been kind of crazy the last two years. I was really just doing my own thing, coming back to my center. I moved to New York, got a new place, and I've really been living my best life -- traveling and doing the most, but now it's time to work."
Kaitlyn, who starred on The Bachelorette's eleventh season, admitted in December 2021 how she and Tayshia never initially expected to co-host even more than one season of The Bachelorette after Chris Harrison left the show due to his early 2021 racism controversy involving Rachael Kirkconnell and Rachel Lindsay.
ABC and Chris publicly announced in June 2021 that Chris' voluntary leave of absence from The Bachelor franchise -- which began in February of that year -- would become a permanent one and he will not be returning as host for any future seasons.

"We never really thought that would be our position. I mean, we never really thought we'd still be here for a second season hosting," Kaitlyn noted at the time.

Before signing on to co-host The Bachelorette last year, Tayshia competed for Colton Underwood's heart on The Bachelor's 23rd season and also starred as the Bachelorette.
Tayshia got engaged to Zac Clark during her Season 16 finale in 2020, but the couple announced their split in November 2021. The are reportedly still in communication, although Tayshia recently suggested Zac isn't good enough for her and she would have settled for a life with him.
Tayshia also previously co-hosted multiple Bachelor Nation podcasts: "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" as well as the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast.
