The Teen Mom 2 star was taken into custody again on Monday for violating a domestic violence protective order by allegedly sending, according to her lawyer, a text message to her former roommate Hannah Inman even though the order prohibited contact between the pair, TMZ reported.

Evans' lawyer said the reality TV star is denying the accusations.

Evans -- the mother of a two-year-old son who is currently in the custody of her mother -- was reportedly released from the Brunswick County Jail on Tuesday after she attended a court hearing and posted a $1,000 bond, and expected to be back in court on February 6.

Evans was arrested last week for allegedly making "harassing phone calls" and "communicating threats" to Inman but posted another $1,000 bond and released from jail. She denied those allegations as well, writing on her Facebook Fanpage that her former roommate doesn't even own a cell phone and just wanted to get her into trouble as a form of revenge.

The 20-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was previously taken into custody for an October 2010 incident in which she and ex-boyfriend Keiffer Delp allegedly broke into an abandoned North Carolina house to smoke pot.

She pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in April 2011 as part of a plea agreement in which two additional charges that had been pending against her -- breaking and entering and possession of marijuana -- were dropped.

Evans was also arrested in March 2011 for assault after she brutally attacked another girl. Police reportedly launched an investigation after a video of the fight had surfaced online.
