Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has undergone surgery to ensure she won't have any more children.

While the pathology results of Jenelle's polyps have yet to be revealed, she has left the hospital and is currently "healing" and doing well, according to her representative.
"She's healing properly and focusing on her business ventures," her rep told Us, adding that Jenelle's husband, David Eason, "was by her side during the procedure."
David, 30, actually shared a photo this past Saturday on Instagram showing his wife in a wheelchair holding a surfboard.
"Got my babe a get well soon gift to encourage her to get back on her feet!" David captioned the photo.
"It sucks you had to go through this but at least we got some answers and you should be all better in no time! I love you so much!"
David later reportedly posted an Instagram Story of himself cooking pasta in a creamy sauce for his wife as she's on the mend.
"For my babe! She don't feel good," David wrote, according to the magazine.
News of Jenelle's path to recovery comes shortly after David announced on Facebook, "And just like that her tubes were tied and she didn't want anymore babies."
Jenelle, who previously starred on MTV's 16 & Pregnant, is mom to son Jace, 9, with ex Andrew Lewis; son Kaiser, 4, with ex Nathan Griffith; and daughter Ensley, 2, with her current husband.

Jenelle was reportedly in search of answers regarding her health late last year. She was hospitalized in December and disclosed she had "biopsies done everywhere."
A source told Us that Jenelle was under the weather while filming the Teen Mom 2 reunion special for Season 9 earlier this month.
"She has a cyst in her ovaries," the insider explained. "She went to the doctor before this and told production. She wasn't feeling good."
The reality TV star reportedly "stormed off" the set when the reunion was taping, only to return a few minutes later.
Jenelle spoke of her outburst and hinted to a potential health crisis on April 7 on Instagram.
"After this stressful reunion, I've been put through the ringer. To trust an entire group of people for years then they turn their back on you and treat you like a puppet is beyond words," Jenelle captioned a photo of David, Ensley and herself.
