Jenelle Evans has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia

The Teen Mom 2 star pleaded guilty to the charge on Thursday as part of a plea agreement in which two additional charges pending against her -- breaking and entering and possession of marijuana -- for an October incident in which she and boyfriend Keiffer Delp allegedly broke into an abandoned North Carolina house to smoke pot were dropped, E! News reported.
Evans was sentenced to a year of supervised probation and ordered to pay court costs and perform 24 hours of community service within the next 60 days.
If Evans successfully completes her time and remains out of trouble for the next year -- which would seem to be no guarantee given her recent arrest on assault charges -- the entire case will reportedly be dismissed and her record cleared.
"We have a court date in 12 months, and as long as she does her community service, pays her fees and doesn't violate the law, the charges will be dismissed," Evans' attorney Dustin Sullivan told E! News.
