Teen Mom 3 star Mackenzie Douthit has given birth to her second child, a baby girl.

The day before giving birth to Jaxie, Douthit shared a photo of her baby bump on Instagram, writing "last picture, 37 weeks."
Douthit, who is already a mom to a two-year-old son named Gannon, revealed in September she was expecting a baby girl.
"Josh cannot stop smiling. He's always wanted a little princess to look after. Now Josh is calling all his rodeo friends to tell them, #cutedadtweet," Douthit tweeted at the time.
Douthit and McKee got married this past August at The Barn at Timber in Pittsburg, KS, Us Weekly reported. They wed in front of 200 guests and reportedly celebrated their union with a big country-themed reception.
The pair of high school sweethearts revealed in January 2013 they had gotten engaged for a second time after splitting up in October 2012.
The Teen Mom 3 cast had announced via Twitter in December the series was being canceled after only one season on MTV. The first and only season of Teen Mom 3 debuted in August 2013 and concluded in November of that year.
