Teen Mom star Amber Portwood and Gary Shirley now have the option of spending time together again.

An Indiana judge has changed the terms of the former couple's no-contact order to only prohibit Portwood and Shirley from seeing each other when their two-year-old daughter Leah is present, TMZ reported Wednesday.

Portwood and Shirley will reportedly only be able to meet and talk when Leah is around if it is to exchange custody of their daughter.

Portwood, a 20-year-old from Anderson, IN, was arrested in December after prosecutors charged her with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent and one misdemeanor of domestic violence and battery for several incidents -- some of which were broadcast on Teen Mom -- in which she allegedly assaulted Shirley.

A Madison County judge Stephen D. Clase issued the no contact order -- which prevented the Teen Mom star from having any contact with Shirley, her victim -- as part of the terms of Portwood's release from jail.
