Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout has filed for an order of protection against ex-boyfriend Ryan Edwards.

The docket reportedly lists Maci's husband, Taylor McKinney, having one order against Ryan as well as another order of protection listing Maci and her three children vs. Ryan.
Maci, 26, and Taylor have two children together: Jayde, 2, and Maverick, 22 months.
It's unclear when Maci and Taylor filed the paperwork, but a judge is scheduled to hear the cases on Monday, April 2, according to Us.
Ryan, 30, was arrested for a violation related to a previous heroin possession on Tuesday.
Ryan -- who frequently appears on Teen Mom OG -- was reportedly arrested in his Tennessee home and taken into custody around 3PM ET for violating his probation in connection with a prior heroin possession.
A representative for Hamilton County Jail told RadarOnline that Ryan was held on $5,000 bond but secured his release with collateral hours later at 10:15PM that day.
Ryan's drug issues came to light last year, when he was caught nodding off behind the wheel of his car as he was driving to his wedding to Mackenzie Standifer during an episode of Teen Mom OG.
And in another episode that aired in December, 21-year-old Mackenzie was shown claiming that Ryan spent about $10,000 a week on drugs. But in May 2017, Ryan reportedly completed a 30-day rehab stint.
"There have been major concerns about Ryan's sobriety," a source close to the MTV reality series told Us, adding that the subject will be a major storyline in the reunion episodes scheduled to air April 16 and 23. "Ryan needed more inpatient treatment, longer than what he previously got."
Ryan will hopefully get the help he needs, as MTV just aired a preview clip earlier this week for the next Teen Mom OG episode that showed Mackenzie flashing a positive pregnancy test to one of the producers.
Mackenzie, who is also mom to 4-year-old Hudson from her first marriage to Zachary Stephens, appeared ecstatic over the baby news with a huge smile on her face.
