Temptation Island featured Ashley Goldson giving into temptation and appearing to go all the way with Kalaan "KB" Brown in the bedroom during their first night together on Thursday night's Season 2 broadcast of the USA Network revival.

Temptation Island follows four dating couples at a pivotal time in their relationships in which they must decide whether to stay committed to each other for the rest of their lives or go their separate ways.

The couples -- who were at a crossroads in their relationships -- traveled together to a tropical paradise, where they were given the opportunity to live the "single life" in attempt to determine whether or not being single is exactly what they want.

The stakes were high and hearts were on the line, but each exclusive couple seemed pretty confident their bonds would outlast and conquer any temptation. However, everyone was taking a great risk.

The Temptation Island broadcast began with the women crying after they had to say goodbye to their boyfriends until the end of the journey, or maybe even forever.

Ashley G., a 30-year-old store manager from Boston, MA, and Rick Fleur, a 32-year-old model from Mattapan, MA, had been dating for four years on and off prior to the show.

Ashley Howland, a 25-year-old dental assistant, and Casey Starchak, a 25-year-old in online sales, lived in Deland, FL, and had been dating for a year-and-a-half prior to the show.

Kate Griffith, a 34-year-old sales consultant, and David Benavidez, a 28-year-old software sales representative, lived in Hoboken, NJ, and had been dating for three years prior to the show.

Esonica Veira, a 30-year-old former Miss Virgin Islands, and Gavin Rocker, a 26-year-old in private security, lived in Decatur, GA, and had been dating for a little over one year prior to going on the show.

Ashley G. feared she would overreact to something Rick might do, which would in turn cause himself to push even further away from her.

Meanwhile, the men returned to their villa filled with beautiful single ladies who had prepared shots for all of them as if they had just returned home from a war.

Rick acknowledged if he hooked up with another woman, Ashley G. would be "gone." But he was apparently vibing with Medinah Ali, a 30-year-old podcaster looking for her prince from Atlanta, GA.

Casey had a strong bond with Ashley H. he wasn't sure he could have with another woman, but he was remaining open to the process.

Payton Burgess, a 23-year-old bartender from Greenville, SC, liked how Casey was goofy and corny, but she was trying to tap into his more reserved side.

The single men then joined the ladies after they released all their tears. Kate had no intention of disrespecting her relationship, but Ashley G. was prepared to act single and have some fun. She thought KB, a 36-year-old realtor from Long Beach, CA, was "really hot."

Ashley H. was nervous and anxious at the same time because she wasn't used to being single and really missed Casey, but she put on a good face for everyone.

It then became time for the men and women in committed relationships to each choose a single man or woman to go on a date with.

Kate selected Dominique Price, a 29-year-old entrepreneur from Marina Del Ray, CA, for a date because they had similar interests as far as fitness and health go, and then Ashley G. asked KB out.

"I ain't handcuffin her," Rick said of Ashley G's choice.

"If he's not handcuffin', someone else will," Ashley G. noted, adding that sometimes handcuffs are fun. "Here we are."

Ashley H. chose Deac Conti, a 25-year-old E-commerce entrepreneur from Naples, FL, and Esonica picked Kareem Thomas, a 27-year-old financial consultant from Queens, NY, out of the pack.

David picked Kari Nesheim, a 29-year-old administration assistant from Collingswood, NJ, for a date, but Kate insisted the girl wasn't his type and David was probably just trying to make her feel comfortable with this whole process.

David even admitted to the cameras he didn't have a connection with Kari.

Rick asked Medinah out, and Ashley G. voiced under her breath how she wanted to punch the girl in her throat.

Casey selected Payton for a date, and Ashley H. wasn't surprised because they kind of look alike and Casey tends to go for shorter girls.

And finally, Gavin picked Toneata Morgan, a 23-year-old model and entrepreneur from Los Angeles, CA.

Ashley H. wished Casey was more emotional and cared or got jealous that she was going on a date with another guy. She wanted to be with Casey still, but she wasn't convinced he felt the same way.

Ashley H., however, had a nice chat afterwards with Ben Knobloch, a 25-year-old site supervisor for a security company from Phoenix, AZ. She thought he was easy to talk to.

"Ben is really nice. I also feel he has the respect level that I appreciate. He's not making me feel like I have to be interested in him and interested in dating him," Ashley H. told the cameras.

That night, both villas partied, especially the guys' side since it was Casey's birthday. David and Kari realized they were exact opposites, but the ladies danced in front of the guys and even gave some of the committed men lapdances.

Things quickly got hot for Ashley G. and KB, who joked about how the handcuffs were off and Ashley G. was allowed to act like a single girl. Ashley G. allowed KB to get into her bed that night, and she was surprised how fast she was tempted by the buff bachelor.

Footage then showed Ashley G. taking off her shirt in bed, while KB was already shirtless.

"I'm doing what a single man does -- I'm enjoying my experience," KB said.

Suddenly, KB turned toward Ashley G. and started touching her under the sheets.

"Oh my God," she said.

KB was then shown getting on top of Ashley G., and the pair appeared to have sex.

"Oh my God!" she said.

"Do you want me to stop?" KB asked.

"No!" Ashley G. replied.

After the encounter, KB joked, "Handcuffs was off. You ain't cuffin' her. I cuffed her."

Ashley G. said she "broke every rule" she had to make in her relationship and they were about to be exposed.

"She was in a relationship -- it's over now," KB told the cameras. "I'm the captain now."

The next day, Ashley G. cried to the girls because she had hooked up with one of the singles on the first night. However, Kate said Rick had hurt Ashley G. in the past and so this was her opportunity to "get back at him a little bit."

Kate wondered if Ashley G. could do this already, could David as well?

Ashley G. tried to sort through her thoughts and emotions, and things were getting pretty real.

The dates with singles then commenced. Rick said he hadn't asked Ashley G. to follow any rules but she had a long list for him -- including no kissing, touching or massaging another woman.

Ashley H. shared a lot of laughs with Deac, who distracted her from missing Casey. And Ashley G. set out to determine whether KB was the right guy for her after the night they had spent together.

Kate then told Dominique she wanted David to open up more but she wanted to marry him.

"I love him. This is my last attempt to make sure that we work. But I also know two amazing people might not be right for each other... I was married before, and I don't want to go through that again. I know how that feels," Kate shared with Dominique.

Kate hoped David was saying similar things to the women he was spending time with. She said her life was "more meaningful" with David by her side.

But David was trying to open up on her date. He loved a girl with an alpha-female personality who is independent and can hold her own -- and he admitted he did have a connection with Kari after all.

Esonica was trying to have a good time, but she had to actively stop her mind from thinking about Gavin.

Meanwhile, Gavin couldn't answer the question whether Esonica was "The One" for him. And Medinah had Rick feeling "tempted."

Although Rick loved Ashley G., he couldn't help but think, "Is there someone out there who's better for me?"

Rick thought he connected with Medinah at a high level, but he wasn't trying to rush anything.

Ashley G. then told KB that she didn't expect to connect with someone so soon but when Rick made that comment about uncuffing her, she was basically freed.

Ashley G. said she really liked KB and had put her claws into him. Ashley G. said KB accepted her as the emotional being that she is. The couple even shared sweet kissed on their beach date.

Heading into the season's first bonfire meeting, Ashley G. was feeling "guilty" and worried about Rick was about to see.

At each bonfire meeting, the men and women in committed relationships are given a glimpse -- by watching a short video -- into what their significant others were doing on the island.

Based on what Ashley G. was about to see, she said she could either free herself from the guilt she was feeling or reevaluate how she was handling herself on the island.

Ashley G. said she appeared on Temptation Island to determine whether Rick would be loyal to her, but she instead gave into temptation. She never anticipated the journey would turn out this way.

Ashley H. watched Casey receive lapdances from multiple women, and she hated watching two women grind up on her man. Ashley H. wanted to scream "f-ck you," saying it's not what she had expected to see at all.

Ashley H. said she and Casey had determined guidelines or rules, and while he didn't touch any of the women, he let them grind up on him. Ashley H. feared another woman was going to steal Casey away.

"At this point, I feel like I've been better than him and better than that, because that was disrespectful to me," Ashley H. cried.

Kate observed David admitting to Kari he had a connection with her. Kate said David wasn't the most trustworthy person because he initially insisted he had picked Kari for a date because they hadn't spoken or connected.

Kate was upset because David seemed to be opening up, which was something she had been asking him to do "for a pretty long time."

"It seems he's choosing to do that with other people rather than me," Kate cried.

"I was actually really excited just to see his face tonight, and it's just really hard to see him sitting so close and just so happy with somebody else."

Esonica watched Gavin express how his girlfriend is very emotional and he wasn't sure whether she was The One.

Esonica said it was not her choice to come to Temptation Island. She didn't appreciate how he picked a girl completely different from herself, and Esonica didn't like hearing how Gavin talked about her behind her back.

Ashley G. watched Rick hold hands with Medinah as they walked across rocks near the ocean, and she realized if that was the worst clip the show had of Rick's behavior, she had every reason to feel guilty about her own actions.

"I f-cked everything up. I'm definitely worried about what he's going to see," Ashley G. said.

The men in committed relationships then gathered at the bonfire.

Gavin said his behavior was "clean" on the island, and Rick was hoping he wouldn't be disrespected.

Casey watched Ashley H. talk to Deac about how her boyfriend's past bothered her. Ashley H. said Casey once introduced a friend to her but Ashley H. found out later they had once slept together.

Casey wasn't surprised by the clip and said he didn't understand why Ashley H. was so insecure. He didn't want to lose Ashley H. over just a friendship with another woman.

"I've never done anything to her whatsoever, but she might think there's still reason to doubt me," Casey told Temptation Island host Mark Walberg.

"I want to prove myself, and I do want her to also be a bit more trusting and confident in our relationship. I'm already thinking a lot and seeing what I can do better."

David watched Kate get out of her comfort zone a little bit, so he saw her video -- in which a man was rubbing sunscreen on her -- to be a positive. David wanted his girlfriend to grow from this experience.

Gavin then observed Esonica accusing her boyfriend of having his cake and eating it too, but Gavin was proud of his girlfriend for not revealing too much about their relationship and keeping certain things private.

Finally, Rick saw Ashley G. get into bed with KB and calling him "a problem." Gavin's mouth dropped open at the site of Ashley G. apparently having sex with KB, and Rick just nodded his head and rubbed his head in shock and disbelief.

The episode then ended on a cliffhanger.
