Temptation Island featured David Benavidez getting wild with two girls and having a threesome, Ashley Goldson getting dumped by Kalaan "KB" Brown, and Payton Burgess calling Casey Starchak out for being a selfish assh-le during Thursday night's Season 2 broadcast of the USA Network revival.

Temptation Island follows four dating couples at a pivotal time in their relationships in which they must decide whether to stay committed to each other for the rest of their lives or go their separate ways.

The couples -- who were at a crossroads in their relationships -- traveled together to a tropical paradise, where they were given the opportunity to live the "single life" in attempt to determine whether or not being single was exactly what they wanted.

The stakes were high and hearts were on the line, but each exclusive couple seemed pretty confident their bonds would outlast and conquer any temptation. However, everyone was taking a great risk.

Ashley G., a 30-year-old store manager from Boston, MA, and Rick Fleur, a 32-year-old model from Mattapan, MA, had been dating for four years on and off prior to the show.

Ashley Howland, a 25-year-old dental assistant, and Casey, a 25-year-old in online sales, lived in Deland, FL, and had been dating for a year-and-a-half prior to the show.

Kate Griffith, a 34-year-old sales consultant, and David, a 28-year-old software sales representative, lived in Hoboken, NJ, and had been dating for three years prior to the show.

And Esonica Veira, a 30-year-old former Miss Virgin Islands, and Gavin Rocker, a 26-year-old in private security, lived in Decatur, GA, and had been dating for a little over one year prior to going on the show.

The Temptation Island broadcast began where last week's episode had left off, with Kate crying at the bonfire after watching a clip of Toneata Morgan, a 23-year-old model and entrepreneur from Los Angeles, CA, straddling her boyfriend in a hot tub and a man saying the pair was "going to f-ck" that night.

"He's supposed to be proving that he's all in on our relationship, that it's me and no one else. He wants to be a saint and come here and show me all these things, and he's doing the exact opposite," Kate vented.

Ashley H. then watched a clip of Casey walking around the guys' villa naked other than wearing an apron.

"That's really cute. He's also holding somebody's hand while he's naked. We said we weren't going to do that. He promised me and so he's breaking that promise, and this is me going back to my trust issues again," Ashley H. said.

"He's disrespecting me. I'm forgiving him right now, but I'm angry."

Temptation Island host Mark Walberg said Ashley H. was finally realizing she deserved more and she was no longer "the fragile girl" that came to the island.

Kate was so upset, saying she thought she knew David. And once she returned to the ladies' villa, Kate ran up the stairs and appeared to throw up because she was so upset.

Kate then tore up a letter from David, who wrote to her before the experience started that they would get through this process together because she was his best friend and only love.

Meanwhile, Rick vented to Medinah Ali, a 30-year-old podcaster looking for her prince from Atlanta, GA, about how Ashley G. had seemed to check out of their relationship. He was hurt and upset thinking Ashley G. was "actually gone."

Medinah was trying to be there for Rick, but he admitted she was aggressive and he was just looking for "comfort and support" at this time. As a result, Rick asked Samantha Hoffman, a 29-year-old flight attendant from Tampa, FL, out on a date.

Despite the connections David was making in the house, he told the cameras he still wanted to be with Kate and their relationship was strong. David said he was confident in his romance with Kate and they'd only leave this process stronger together.

Casey was then shown asking Rachel Hamel, a 25-year-old swimwear designer from New York, NY, out on a date, which really disappointed Payton, a 23-year-old bartender from Greenville, SC.

Payton, in fact, called it a slap in her face because she thought she had really connected with Casey.

Later that night, the 10 single men attempted to comfort the four women in committed relationships after their bonfire. Ashley G. called it an emotional roller coaster and said she'd have Kate's back no matter what.

Some of the guys started laughing and having fun, but Chris Novak, a 27-year-old mergers and acquisitions consultant from Austin, TX, stood up for Kate and said the women needed to be supported at this time.

KB, a 36-year-old realtor from Long Beach, CA, was feeling like the king of the house and got into a tiff with Chris N. for putting people into check when it wasn't his place to do so.

Chris N. apologized to KB, but he told the cameras he was going to be in Kate's corner more than anyone else.

Meanwhile, Ashley H. was getting close to both Deac Conti, a 25-year-old E-commerce entrepreneur from Naples, FL, and Ben Knobloch, a 25-year-old site supervisor from Phoenix, AZ. Ashley H. said she had become great friends with the guys, but they both thought she liked them -- and so there was a bit of competition.

"It's like a love square with her boyfriend, and her boyfriend is the square," Deac told the cameras.

Ashley H. asked Ben out on a date, and although Deac felt slightly rejected, he laughed things off and playfully told his pal Ben not to touch his girl.

The next day, Gavin and Rick went on a parasailing date with Medinah and Samantha, respectively, although Medinah wished she was with Rick instead. Medinah insisted she had "claimed Rick" and that's all there was to it.

Esonica went on a date with Kareem Thomas, a 27-year-old financial consultant from Queens, NY, and she admitted Gavin didn't like to compliment her, which really surprised Kareem. Esonica called Kareem "smooth" and said she was "talking a good talk."

Ashley G. chose KB for her second date of the season because she said their connection was very strong and they had the best chemistry. She also gushed about how he was "fine as hell" and looked good in swimwear.

Ashley G. told KB that she may have thrown away a four-year relationship because of her attraction for him. She initially had every intention to leave the island with Rick, but KB told Ashley G. to be open to love and other guys.

Ashley G. feared where KB stood and whether temptation had led her down the wrong path.

As for Ashley H., Ben figured she was going to keep Deac in the friend zone because he was a funny and goofy guy, but Ben insisted he was on the show to find real love. Ashley H. was apparently the first girl he was attracted to.

Casey then revealed he chose Rachel for a date so Ashley H. wouldn't worry he had a strong connection with Payton given a date with Payton would have been two in a row.

David was also proud of himself at this point in the season because although he got close Toneata in the hot tub, he said the pair didn't makeout or hookup or do anything like that.

David, however, found himself being open and vulnerable with other women, which is what Kate had wanted from him all along.

After the dates, Payton spoke to Casey about how he needed to be more considerate of her feelings and emotions and stop thinking about only himself.

Payton called Casey "an assh-le" and told the cameras he was selfish, but Casey said this process was all about making different connections and dating multiple people.

"If that is the way he treats women and he thinks that is an appropriate thing to do, then this is why him and his girlfriend have issues," Payton said in a confessional.

Payton was then shown telling Casey, "You're selfish, and maybe that's what you do in your own relationship."

Meanwhile, Dominique Price, a 29-year-old entrepreneur from Marina Del Rey, CA, was trying to help Kate feel better and Ashley G. was hiding in bed. KB went looking for her, and Ashley G, hoped KB was genuinely on the show to connect and for the right reasons.

Gavin was talking to multiple women, and then David and Samantha admitted attraction to each other. Samantha said it took her some time to figure things out but she was "most interested" in David.

Medinah then straddled Rick in a chair and was coming onto him without hesitation or reservation. She wanted to move quickly because they didn't have much time on Temptation Island, but Rick said he didn't just want to jump in bed with a woman to get over Ashley G.

Rick said he wanted to do things "the right away."

"I can change your whole ass world," Medinah told Rick.

"And that's what it is. I feel like you can, and that's what is intimidating and scary," Rick told her.

The next day, Ashley G. woke up feeling like she had to talk to KB and get to the bottom of things. Ashley G. asked KB what he thought about leaving the island as a couple, and he replied, "That's a tough situation."

Ashley G. wanted to know the truth, and KB explained, "I don't think off the island, it would make sense for us. It won't make sense for you; it won't make sense for me... Things happened. We got intimate."

"We got a little hot and heavy," he continued. "But I wanted to say I think we just need to dial that back and I want to be here for you as a friend."

KB wanted Ashley G. to enjoy her experience on the island while he supported her through it as a pal, but she shut down the conversation because she didn't like what she was hearing. 

"He wasted my time. I was tempted and then bullsh-tted. I'm irritated as f-ck," Ashley G. told the cameras, before telling KB that she predicted he'd be a problem and he definitely turned out to be a problem.

Ashley H. was appreciating Ben more and more, saying he looked into her eyes when they talked and Casey often spoke over her.

Meanwhile, Samantha really liked David and realized she needed to step her game up in order to win him over from other women.

Deac told Ashley H. he had feelings for her from Day 1 and could envision himself being romantic with her, but he knew Casey was standing in his way.

The four men in committed relationships then threw a glowstick party for the single ladies.

Casey said Payton had made it very clear she had strong feelings for him, but he didn't know how to handle that situation because he wasn't on the same page. He wanted to keep Payton as a friend and wasn't sure how to proceed with her.

The night ended up getting crazy in the guys' villa. Gavin, for instance, sucked on Payton's toes in front of everyone, and Rick ended up having a makeout session with Medinah.

David said he "really liked" Samantha and her personality was easy. The pair got very flirty in a bedroom, and then Samantha showed David her breasts.

"I'm definitely turned on by Samantha. I mean, she's got a great body. I honestly just couldn't stop. I couldn't wait. I couldn't wait anymore. There's obviously sexual attraction there," David said.

David and Samantha were then shown showering together completely naked.

"In my head, I'm thinking, 'What am I doing?' But at the same time, I'm letting loose and it's exciting to me," David said.

Suddenly, Samantha and David asked Payton to join them, and she did. Payton flashed David her butt, and then the three of them got into bed together.

"I don't even think I'm really interested in David right now, but he's down to party, and so am I!" Payton told the cameras.

"Casey is being hard to deal with sometimes, so it makes me wonder why he's even here. We were ready to spice some things up on Temptation Island."

Things then took "an extreme turn" and "escalated quickly," according to David.

David was then shown lying in bed between the two topless women, and he began making out with and touching Payton under the covers.
