Temptation Island featured Evan Smith sleeping with Morgan Lolar and Kady Cannon Krambeer feeling guilty about potentially hurting John Thurmond during Tuesday night's episode on USA Network.

The established couples are John, 35, and Kady, 30, who currently resides in Fort Worth, TX; Javen Butler, 25, and Shari Ligons, 25, who currently reside in San Francisco, CA; Karl Collins, 31, and Nicole Tutewohl, 25, who currently resides in Chicago, IL; and Evan, 28, and Kaci Campbell, 29, who currently reside in Los Angeles, CA.
The significant others -- who were at a crossroads in their relationships -- traveled together to the tropical paradise of Maui, Hawaii, to live the "single life," and each of them would have an opportunity to date up to 12 singles awaiting them.
The stakes were high and hearts were on the line, but each exclusive couple seemed pretty confident at first their bonds would outlast and conquer any temptation. However, everyone was taking a great risk.
The Temptation Island broadcast began with Evan revealing that although he had slept in the same bed with Morgan and was "so drawn and so pulled to her," they did not have sex, although Morgan wanted to.
Evan wasn't ready to take his relationship with Morgan to that level, but he was crazy about her and Temptation Island was really getting to him.
Kaci could tell Matthew Van really liked her, but she found their conversation awkward and weird. She definitely didn't like him.
And then suddenly, Cameron Sikes interrupted Kaci's conversation with Matt and handed her a huge bouquet of tropical flowers, which blew her away -- and Matt out of the water.

Temptation Island host Mark L. Walberg then announced to the men it was elimination day and they would have two send two girls packing.
John, Javen, Karl and Evan therefore came up with three women whom they might want to cut from the group, and they arrived at the following names: Hannah Rightmire, Tara Oslick, and Sheldyn Stack.

John wanted to get rid of Hannah because she was critical, "judgmental," and had a short fuse or temper just like Kady, which were qualities he didn't like in his girlfriend.
The men, however, decided jointly Hannah should stay -- after she apologized to John -- and both Tara and Sheldyn should go.
"I don't think John has power at home, and so when he gets some power here, he uses it. But I'm really glad the rest of the guys did see enough of a spark to keep me around, because I do want to find a genuine connection," Hannah told the cameras.
It then became time for the ladies in committed relationships to send two of the 12 men home. Kady, Kaci, Shari and Nicole then selected the following three men as elimination possibilities: Matt, Cameron and Scott Shapiro.
The four women ultimately chose to keep Scott around, so Matt and Cameron were ousted from this journey to find love on the island.

Kaci felt like "the biggest assh-le in mankind" for eliminating Cameron after the gesture he pulled for her, but none of the other women were feeling a connection with him and so it made sense to let him go.
Hannah was still fired up over John's behavior in that he was waiting for Kady to cheat first before he'd be willing to make a move on a woman, but Brittney Rose pointed out John was having a hard time finding out his girlfriend had "superficial, lame-ass intentions" and so she should cut him some slack.

Johnny Alexander then sat down with Kady and told her that he was very glad she was in his life. He wanted to kiss her so badly and admitted he might regret not trying, but Kady was totally torn.
Kady knew John was the best guy, and she was well aware of that as well, but she couldn't help but feel something was missing. Kady also had a strong attraction to Johnny, so she didn't know what to do.
Meanwhile, Shari found herself opening up to Justin Sturm because she felt comfortable around him. They both had an alpha mentality and were able to understand each other on a pretty deep level.
Kaci was then shown acknowledging it took coming to Temptation Island to realize how much she was in love with Evan. She wasn't really interested in any of the single men and she just missed her boyfriend.

"I know Evan and I know the love we really do have for each other is going to outweigh this, like, fantasy bubble land with this girl he barely even knows. I just hope he doesn't push the boundaries and guidelines of what we had set and that he doesn't hurt me," Kaci told the cameras.
And that's exactly what Morgan was worried about. She was scared Evan was going to take "the easy way out" and drop her at the end of this. She liked Evan so much and thought he was so sweet, but she was terrified to be dumped.
"You're it. Just be 'it.' Girl, I'm falling in love with you. I'm actually falling in love with you," Evan told Morgan.
"I'm falling in love with you too," Morgan told him.
"I don't want to let you go," Evan replied.
Evan said he's a very cautious person but when he's with Morgan, caution just goes to the wind. Footage then showed Morgan taking her shirt off as she straddled Evan in bed and he touched her.
The next day, Evan said he couldn't fight his feelings any longer and so he had "an amazing night" with Morgan. Evan knew there were going to be repercussions of his actions, but "you don't get to choose who you fall in love with."

Meanwhile, Kaci cried about how she needed to loosen the reins in her relationship or else she was going to lose Evan. Shari also broke down into tears about how harsh and "not nice" she had been to Javen given she's "a control freak."
Seeing her friends get so emotional over the men they deeply loved made Nicole question her own romance with Karl. Nicole wasn't that invested in her man, and that was a cause for concern.
As for Javen, he was connecting with Kayla Essex because he thought she was very nice and easy to talk to.
Mark then stopped by the ladies' villa and told them there would be a bonfire later that night. Kaci was anxious to get her heart broken "all over again," but Kady was anxious about what John was going to see about her own behavior.
"If I had the option not to watch it, I really truly would not watch it," Kaci said in a confessional, adding that she wanted to be with Evan forever even if he makes some huge mistakes on the island.
Kaci, however, said sex would be a dealbreaker and she was confident Evan wouldn't take things that far with somebody. Kaci was certain Evan loved her and told her friends it "would be crazy" for Evan to have sex on the show.
As the four men in committed relationships headed to the bonfire meeting, Evan said he was "upset" but didn't regret anything. Evan loved Kaci but he just wasn't sure if they were meant for each other at that point in time.
"I came here to prove I'm supposed to be with Kaci, but things have been shifting around," Evan told Mark once he arrived at the meeting.

As for John, he was hoping Kady was going to realize she took him for granted.

Javen then witnessed a similar video clip of Shari dancing side-by-side with a guy. He was glad to see she was making new experiences and connections and getting outside of her comfort zone a little bit.
Karl then saw a clip of Nicole sleeping in bed with a man, although there didn't appear to be any physical intimacy. Karl was upset and disappointed to see Nicole welcoming another guy into her bed.
"Brittney has been on me and it's been tough for me to not reciprocate, but I haven't," Karl told Mark. "To have somebody that close, I don't know if she'd be able to shut [her sex drive] off."
And lastly, John saw Kady flirting with Johnny in a hot tub and lying on top of him. John also saw the pair climb into bed together and get close under the sheets.
"It sucks to see that, but part of it is a relief and it's going to pretty much be an easy out for me. If she cheated on me, that was the end, and it looks like she pretty much cheated on me," John said.
John was hurt because she had dated Kady for three years and they were talking about getting engaged. John actually wondered if this vacation was "a blessing in disguise" because he wondered if she would cheat in a marriage.
John pointed out he needed a strong woman, not a weak one, who was going to be loyal. He felt "betrayed" and noted she had "crossed the line." John's trust in Kady was broken.
The girls then arrived at the bonfire and Kady was anxious and scared to see John potentially connecting with a woman in the same way she had been connecting with Johnny. Kady felt guilty and weak.
Shari was up first and watch Javen bond with Kayla, saying he'd like to take her out on a second date. Shari reached the point where if Javen decides he doesn't want to be with her at the end, she'd just have to accept it.
Nicole then witnessed Karl telling Brittney she's beautiful, the "best looking in the house," followed by a steamy session in the hot tub.
Nicole discovered a lot about how her relationship was more "surface level" than the other relationships who came to the island. Her heart was opening up and she was learning things about herself, so she was happy with the process so far.

Kaci then decided to watch the video by herself although she had become a family with the other ladies.
Kaci subsequently watched the heartbreaking video of Evan and Morgan in bed together and her taking off her shirt and going under the covers with him.
Morgan could be seen thrusting her body on Evan and saying, "It feels so good."
Kaci chose to stop watching the footage prematurely and close her eyes. She told Mark, "I'm pretty sure I know how this ends."
"Honestly, I'm pretty sure he's taking it too far," Kaci told the group.
"I didn't really hear much but I'm pretty sure there's a girl in his room. If he's going to revert back to his old ways and be a cheater, and that's what he's going to be, then I just need to move on. I don't need to subject myself to actually watching it happen."
Kaci was actually feeling good in the moment and said she had made the right decision to stop watching.
Each group of committed individuals were able to decide whether they wanted to record a 30-second video to show their partners.
