Teresa Giudice and husband Joe Giudice put their New Jersey mansion on the market only to see its sale price decrease drastically as time progresses.

The convicted couple, who need to move out of the mansion asap, owe the government thousands and thousands -- if not millions -- of dollars, and so they found it necessarily to sell their home immediately and downsize their lifestyle.
The mansion was initially listed for $3.99 million, according to TMZ, but the price has been slashed by $500,000 for a second time.
The first $500,000 cut took place in November, and now another half a mill has been taken off the asking price, bringing its total down to $2.99 million. The realtor reportedly believes the house will sell at the current price.
Teresa began her prison sentence just a few days ago with her release date set for February 5, 2016, according to People. She and Joe, both 42, pleaded guilty to 41 counts of financial fraud on March 4.

After reaching a plea deal, Teresa was sentenced on October 2, as was Joe, who will start his own 41-month sentence after his wife does her time. The arrangement was made so that one parent can always be with their four young girls: Gia, 13, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 8, and Audrianna, 5.
