The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice reportedly got punched in the face while vacationing with her co-stars in the Dominican Republic last month.

Giudice unintentionally started the brawl when she and her fellow cast members were partying at the Hard Rock Hotel in Punta Cana around 1AM and opened a bottle of champagne "and just started spraying it everywhere and it went all over this woman near her," a source told RadarOnline.
"It was late. They were on vacation, and she was just having fun."
The soaked woman and her husband, however, were reportedly not having as much fun as the husband got so upset over the incident that he attacked the reality TV star.
"It was crazy, he got really angry and punched Teresa in the face!" the source said.

Giudice's husband Joe Giudice, along with The Real Housewives star Caroline Manzo and her husband Albert Manzo's adult children Albie and Chris, immediately came to her defense, according to RadarOnline.
"Joe, Albie and Chris were trying to protect Teresa and they just grabbed the guy and started fighting, and then people joined in. Bravo helped to break up the fight," the source added.
The fight quickly grew out of hand as more parties then reportedly joined the public display, as according to officials, about eight more people got physically involved.
"Usually when there's a fight we take one guy, but this time we took everybody," a police representative told RadarOnline.
"Everyone was involved. It became a massive scene," another source said.

Joe Giudice was allegedly "beating on the guy" and struck a male patron with a glass, and it was the injured patrons who finally complained to police.
According to Dominican Republic authorities, the two injured Americans were Jason Gomez -- who suffered a broken leg and scratches on his face -- and Adolfo Arreola, who had a broken arm. Some other participants were reportedly only slightly injured with bruises, RadarOnline reported.
Arreola, Gomez, Joe Giudice, Albie, Chris, and Gregory Bennett -- one of the Manzo children's roommates -- were all detained by the police, taken to the police station, and then their passports seized, according to RadarOnline.
Although Bravo declined to comment, the fight will reportedly not air on the third season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.
