The Amazing Race: All-Stars teammates Jennifer Wayne and Caroline Cutbirth survived to compete in the 24th season's next leg despite a last-place finish during Sunday night's broadcast of the CBS reality competition's sixth leg.

"The Country Singers" arrived at the Race's sixth Pit Stop at Mount Lavinia Hotel Beach -- a historic landmark in Colombo, Sri Lanka -- in last place but were told by The Amazing Race host Phil Keoghan it was a non-elimination leg.
"This is so much harder than our season! It's insane. This is just, like, so hard!... We're going to go out die trying," Caroline told Phil.
"We didn't make any mistakes," Jennifer said. "We had a great day; We ran a good race today. But it's on a whole different level with the people we're racing against because nobody makes mistakes."
The sixth broadcast of The Amazing Race: All-Stars began with "Father and Son Cancer Survivors" David O'Leary and Connor O'Leary leaving the fifth Pit Stop at Colombo Rowing Club in first place at 2:59AM.

Caroline and Jennifer left in second place at 3:27AM and were followed by "The Cowboy Brothers" Cord McCoy and Jet McCoy at 3:35AM and "The Afghanimals" Leo Temory and Jamal Zadran in fourth place at 3:50AM.
The departure times for the three other teams were not shown.
The teams' first set of clues instructed them to make their way to the Dutch Museum in Colombo and search the Hall of Headstones for their next clue.
The museum didn't open until 8:30AM, so all the teams were put on a level playing field.
Dave and Connor discovered the news first, and then they were followed by Caroline and Jennifer, Leo and Jamal, "Engaged Couple" John Erck and Jessica Hoel, "Newlyweds" Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly, "The Globetrotters" Herbert "Flight Time" Lang and Nate "Big Easy" Lofton, and "The Cowboy Brothers" Cord McCoy and Jet McCoy.

The teams were then instructed to make their way by train to the city of Alawwa, and then once there, head to Ceypetco Fuel Station where they'd find their next clue.
The first available train was at 8:55AM and all the teams hopped on it.
Once the train arrived in Alawwa, the teams raced to the gas station. Brendon and Rachel got their first. They were soon followed by Leo and Jamal, Dave and Connor, Jessica and John, Flight Time and Big Easy, Jet and Cord, and finally Caroline and Jennifer.
It then became time for one member of each team to complete a Roadblock task.
For the Roadblock, the participating Racers had to enter the gas station, pick a colored badge, search among a chaotic tangle of hundreds of three-wheeler trucks to find a tut-tut with the same colored marker, and then lead the tiny taxi back to the gas station and fill them up with fuel. The team members had to fill up four tut-tuts each in order to move on.

Rachel opted to take on the Roadblock task on behalf of her team. She was joined by Jamal, Dave, Cord, Big Easy, John, and Caroline.
Rachel didn't read the clue thoroughly enough, so she misunderstood the instructions. When she selected the color green, instead of finding tut-tuts marked with a green badge, she picked out the taxis that were actually painted green in color. She finished the entire task in first place before realizing she had done it incorrectly and needed to start over.
Flight Time and Big Easy finished the Roadblock in first place. They were then followed by Leo and Jamal, Jessica and John, Jet and Cord, Dave and Connor, Caroline and Jennifer, and finally Rachel and Brendon.
The teams then learned they must travel by train to Rambukkana and take a tut-tut to The Millennium Elephant Foundation, where they must search for their next clue in the river somewhere.
Although Rachel and Brendon were seconds away from missing the first available train, they made it and joined all the other teams onboard.

Jet and Cord found their clue in the river in first place. They were then followed by Leo and Jamal, Jessica and John, Dave and Connor, Flight Time and Big Easy, Caroline and Jennifer, and Brendon and Rachel.
It then became time for the teams to select and complete one of two possible Detour tasks: "Trunk" or "Sheets."
"Trunk" required the teams to choose a piece of marked timber and then properly attach a specially-designed chain that elephants use to carry a log. Working with the elephants, the Racers had to carry three logs and load a truck. Once they transported six logs, they'd earn their next clue.
"Sheets" required the teams to load a wheelbarrow with elephant waste and transport it to a station where they'd combine the dung with water and scraps of paper to create a pulp, which they must then spread onto paper-making screens. Once the teams successfully created five sheets of paper and laid out a stack of pressed paper to dry, they'd receive their next clue.
Everyone but Rachel and Brendon wanted to take on the "Trunk" task. However, there were only four chains available, so Flight Time and Big Easy as well as Caroline and Jennifer were forced to do the "Sheets" task instead.
The "Sheets" task proved difficult at first because some of the Racers kept forgetting to press the paper sheets down in order to avoid making bubbles in the pulp. Flight Time and Big Easy got the hang of it first and accidentally voiced what they were doing wrong, allowing the other two teams to correct their mistake.
Jet and Cord completed the Detour task before any of the other teams. They were then followed by Leo and Jamal, Jessica and John, Dave and Connor, Flight Time and Big Easy, Brendon and Rachel, and finally Caroline and Jennifer.
Rachel and Brendon only had about a two-minute lead on Caroline and Jennifer heading out of that "Sheets" task.
The teams were then instructed to travel by taxi to the Ambepussa Rest House and find the wiseman playing music.
Jet and Cord found the wiseman in first place. They were soon followed by Leo and Jamal, Jessica and John, Dave and Connor, Flight Time and Big Easy, Brendon and Rachel, and Caroline and Jennifer.
The wiseman handed the teams their next set of clues, which required them to travel by taxi to Mount Lavinia Hotel Beach, which would serve as the Race's sixth Pit Stop.

The leg came down to a taxi race and then a foot race to the finish between Leo and Jamal and Jet and Cord. Leo and Jamal managed to edge out "The Cowboys" in the final sprint, so "The Afghanimals" finished in first place. For winning the leg, Leo and Jamal won a five-night trip for two to Berlin, Germany.
Jet and Cord were fairly disappointed with second place.
Jessica and John then met Phil at the Pit Stop in third place. Dave and Connor subsequently arrived, securing fourth place. Rachel and Brendon then finished in fifth.
Flight Time and Big Easy's taxi driver got lost on the way to the Pit Stop, so the guys touched the mat in sixth place although they were supposed to finish ahead of Dave and Connor.
Caroline and Jennifer then arrived in seventh -- and last -- place but learned it was a non-elimination leg.
However, in the next leg, Caroline and Jennifer will encounter an additional Speed Bump task which they must finish before moving on with the rest of the teams.
