A wedding video featuring highlights of Amber and Vinny's big day was posted November 10 on Instagram.

"From The Amazing Race to traveling the country as CRNA nurses to tying the knot in Mexico -- these two have had an amazing journey together and it's only just beginning," read the wedding video's caption.

"Amber & Vincent hosted a three-day celebration in Cabo San Lucas surrounded by loving friends and family. It was the perfect beginning to an incredible forever."

Amber and Vinny apparently had a beautiful ceremony by the beach following by a stunning reception that included pyrotechnics and a jaw-dropping first dance as man and wife.

When the couple exchanged vows, Vinny poked fun at the fights he and Amber were shown having on their season of The Amazing Race, which aired earlier this year.

As The Amazing Race fans probably recall, Amber and Vinny seemed to bicker more than they got along on Season 36.

"Love is a choice, especially when I'm on a reality TV show in front of four million people arguing where we park our car," Vinny told his bride, earning a laugh from their wedding guests.

Amber and Vinny ultimately finished The Amazing Race in fourth place.

Vinny insisted to Us Weekly in May that the pair's edit on the CBS reality series wasn't exactly flattering -- or accurate.

"I learned what a frankenbite is pretty much, where they just cut you up with a bunch of different edits and take it really, really out of context," Vinny told the magazine.

"A lot of the conflict that we got to see, for me, was very, very surprising, because the narrative that we had as we went through the race was very, very different."

Vinny admitted, however, that he realized while watching The Amazing Race back on TV that he doesn't listen very well and could try harder.

"There were so many times on the Race -- and I pride myself for trying my best to listen to her because it's so important to do that -- but there were so many times where she would tell me something, whether it was with tone or without tone, I couldn't hear it," Vinny confessed.

"And it was because I was so dialed-in tunnel vision and that race mind really took over."

Amber also acknowledged to Us that, when under pressure, she came across "a little antagonistic" at times.

"I never knew that I was talking in that way," Amber admitted.

"I guess, when we started dating, he'd be like, 'Why are you talking to me with that tone or that connotation?'... So, [I'm] just working on how I communicate and the tone of my voice."

After Vinny and Amber got eliminated from The Amazing Race's 36th season, Vinny proposed marriage in front of host Phil Keoghan.

The couple initially shared the big news of their engagement in November 2023, before their season of The Amazing Race premiered on CBS.

"Love is a choice & the truest measure of that love is based on your actions when the 'feeling' of love is nowhere to be found," Vinny wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of Amber's engagement ring.

"(Rarely will you find two people who understand the gravity of that commitment, & if you do, you have found your person.) And so, I practice. Amber, let this ring be my promise to practice selflessness, patience & love."
