Chad Waltrip and Stephanie Smith have gone from "Newly Dating Couple" to "Newly Engaged Couple" to "Newlyweds."

After getting engaged during The Amazing Race's seventeenth season, the couple -- who had only been dating for five months before the reality competition began filming in late May -- got married in a weekend ceremony one day before CBS' Sunday night broadcast of their Race elimination.

"We are actually heading back [home to Ft. Lauderdale]. We just got married... in Florida on Saturday and had a small wedding with family and friends," Waltrip told Reality TV World on Monday.  "So, we are just happy to be married now."

However given they all took a month off work to compete on The Amazing Race earlier this year, Waltrip, a 26-year-old operations manager, and Smith, a 23-year-old hair stylist and former Miss South Carolina, are not planning an immediate honeymoon.

"I've been begging Chad -- I'm a big Disney fan -- so I want to do Mickey's Christmas this December," Smith told Reality TV World.  "I think that's going to be our honeymoon.  You know, taking that month off, for going on The Amazing Race, from work was kind of hard this year... our priorities have to shift a little bit."

But Waltrip and Smith told Reality TV World they still do expect to find time to use the Belize trip they won for finishing first during The Amazing Race's seventh leg.

"I think we're going to do our whole little trip to Belize as our one year anniversary," Smith said.
