NBC has announced that The Apprentice: Los Angeles will air its live finale on Sunday, April 22 at 10PM ET from the Hollywood Bowl.  As one of the largest natural ampitheaters in the world, the 84-year-old facility has played host to numerous entertainers throughout its history.

The Apprentice's sixth edition -- originally billed as a way for real-estate mogul Donald Trump to promote some of his "West Coast business interests" -- was the first Apprentice edition that was not filmed in the New York City area.  It will also be the first one to feature a non-New York finale location.

Despite the Hollywood Bowl's old age, it received a renovation in 2004 when it was wired for video cameras -- with two large screens on either side and two more atop the rearmost lighting towers -- which should lend itself well to The Apprentice's live finale.
