Ashley said she feels more prepared for her fourth trimester this time around.
The Bachelor alum shared with People, "I think we're obviously a little nervous about how to juggle two. We are more nervous this time than last time just because you realize how much of a significant lifestyle change it is to have a child."
"And then you're like, 'Okay, well we just got all this down pat and now how do you throw in a whole other kid?'" Ashley continued.
"It's just like, how do you go out with a kid? How do you keep your eye on them both in the house at the same time?"
Ashley acknowledged how she's going to have her hands full in her household.
"But I think we're just curious and anxious to see how it is to keep two people alive," Ashley said.
"But then I'm a lot less nervous about birth because I was petrified of it the first time around, and now I'm like, 'Oh no.'"
Ashley has also been experiencing side effects of pregnancy, such as hair loss and hormonal changes.
"I've just been in a constant cycle of losing my hair and gaining it back for the past three-and-a-half years now... I was so insecure about putting my hair up in a ponytail," the Bachelor in Paradise alum confessed.
Luckily, however, Ashley has Jared to help rebuild her self-esteem during difficult times.

"He's very encouraging, even though I'm always like, 'I just miss my body and I just miss having it to myself and looking pretty,'" Ashley admitted.
"I look back on pictures from six months ago and I was like, 'I'm never going to take my looks for granted again.' But he's always like, 'You're beautiful, you look great and it's all going to feel better soon.'"

Ashley suggested that Jared, meanwhile, is in the best physical shape.
"He's hitting the gym six times a week and waking up early and lost 15 pounds in the past two months and I'm like, 'Could you have waited a few months to look really hot?'" Ashley quipped.
Ashley and Jared announced in late January on Amazon Live that they're expecting their second child.
And then the Bachelor in Paradise couple shared on February 23 that they have another baby boy on the way.
Ashley gushed about how she can't wait to watch Dawson become a big brother.

Ashley said she's also very "excited" to "complete" her family at that point and be able to say, "This is us."
The Bachelor alum explained that she's anticipating having "full concentration on the kids and not having to think about baby planning in the future."
Ashley also insisted that she and Jared are "definitely" done having kids.
"We both come from families with two siblings and that's just what's in our hearts," Ashley concluded.
Jared previously shared how he felt "bad" for Ashley because she's never going to have the baby girl that she had hoped for, and Ashley admitted that she was "upset for a day or two" upon learning Baby No. 2's sex but she anticipates her boys developing a strong bond.

In March, Ashley and Jared had yet to decide on a name for their second child.
Ashley said she likes Dominic, potentially naming her youngest son after her father, but Jared likes Ethan, which Ashley apparently really dislikes. They also like the names Logan and Clark, but the latter was the name of Jared's childhood dog.
Ashley announced she was pregnant with her first child in July 2021, and then she gave birth to Dawson in January 2022 after struggling with hyperemesis gravidarum. She was very sick during her first pregnancy and threw up constantly.
Jared recently said that he'd like to have "that big family dynamic" yet the idea of having a lot of kids is "so overwhelming."
Ashley and Jared got married on August 11, 2019 at United Congregational Church Newport, RI, followed by a reception at Rosecliff, an oceanfront Gilded Age mansion in the seaside city.
The couple met in 2015 on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise, and they attempted to navigate an on-and-off confusing romance on the show that simmered into a friendship in which Ashley largely pined for Jared as he dated other women on Season 2 and Season 3 of BIP.

Jared eventually won Ashley over and the couple confirmed they were dating in May 2018.
Jared then proposed marriage to Ashley and they got engaged the following month in Mexico while the fifth season of Bachelor in Paradise was filming.
Prior to their appearances on Bachelor in Paradise, Ashley competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season and Jared found fame on Kaitlyn Bristowe's edition of The Bachelorette for Season 11.
