The Bachelor alum Colton Underwood's engagement is "batsh-t crazy" and his relationship with Jordan C. Brown is "moving at the speed of light," at least according to their pal Gus Kenworthy.

Gus -- who was shown helping Colton come out as a gay man on Coming Out Colton, docu-reality series released on Netflix late last year -- can't help but poke fun at Colton and Jordan's fast-moving romance.

"I feel like they've been on their whirlwind romance," Gus told Us Weekly on Sunday of Colton and the 38-year-old political strategist.

"They're, like, completely swept out to sea with one another... They bought a house, they're engaged. They're moving at the speed of light."

Gus went on to note Colton, 30, and Jordan are "very in love with one another" but their quick commitment "is bat sh-t crazy" and "they're moving fast."

Gus confirmed he has spoken to Colton and Jordan since the pair announced their engagement on Instagram in February.

"I have [talked to them]. Colton's fiance, Jordan, is my boyfriend's best friend, so we've seen a lot of them," the freestyle skier said at the 30th annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party in Los Angeles, CA.

The two couples, however, "haven't been [on] a ton of double dates."

After all, Colton came out as gay, publicly, in April 2021 and then was first linked to Jordan in September when they were photographed kissing and flirting during a romantic getaway to a Four Seasons resort in Maui, HI.

Colton and Jordan went Instagram official in early December, bought a $3 million house in California within weeks, got engaged in January 2022 following Colton's "unforgettable" 30th birthday party, and then adopted a dog named Scout together.

Gus shared how he "knew about the engagement" before the news hit the press and he was pretty surprised by it.

"I did get the call that they were engaged and I was like, 'Oh, my God, you guys literally just met,'" Gus joked. "[I was like], 'Oh, my God, I've had food poisoning longer.'"

Despite Gus' lighthearted attitude towards the couple's serious relationship, he said he fully supports their love and wishes them all the best.

"I think that they'll probably be in it for the long haul," Gus said.

He added, "I think that they both have what the other person is looking for. I think that Jordan is very smart and composed and very interesting. And Colton's very sweet and handsome."

Gus believes he'll be invited to Colton's wedding, but he apparently doesn't know any details yet.

"I'm not going to be a groomsman, I don't think so. I don't know anything," Gus told Us, teasing that he doesn't think the engaged couple will elope because "Colton likes attention."

Colton and Jordan have also already begun discussing expanding their family and researching a surrogate.

Colton told the magazine last week that he "definitely" wants kids with Jordan and he feels like he was "born to be a dad."

"There's nothing more in this world that I want than to raise kids," Colton shared. "I'm really excited for when that time comes."

However, Colton and Jordan haven't decided on an exact timeline for children, and the former NFL player said he's not sure when to "throw kids into what [he's] been through these last few years."

Colton was referring to his highly-publicized and volatile split from his The Bachelor winner Cassie Randolph, who accused Colton of trying to monetize their breakup before filing a September 2020 restraining order against him for allegedly tracking her whereabouts and sending her "unsettling" text messages.

About five months after Cassie dropped the restraining order, Colton announced he's gay on Good Morning America.

Cassie, who is currently dating musician Brighton Reinhardt, has since claimed she knew nothing about Colton's sexuality while they were together or his decision to come out on TV after their split.

Colton said on GMA last year that he realized he was different at the age of six and came to the conclusion he's gay when he was a freshman in high school.

Colton said he hated himself "for a long time" and was "a miserable person living as a shell of a human being" while pretending to be straight for well over a decade.

In addition to having starred on The Bachelor, Colton also appeared on two other seasons of The Bachelor franchise in which he dated women on television: The Bachelorette 14 starring Becca Kufrin and Bachelor in Paradise 5 when he dated Tia Booth.

Colton has said in the press he thought being the Bachelor and dating Cassie could make him straight but he was ultimately lying to himself and he feels badly for having hurt so many women on his season.
