After competing on The Bachelor's 23rd season in 2019 and then two stints on Bachelor in Paradise, Demi insisted she'll never look for love on the franchise again.

"I cannot go on Bachelor in Paradise again. No," Demi, 27, recently told Us Weekly.
"Also, I'm way out of their league," she added.

Demi, however, said she would "of course" consider starring in her own spinoff show.
"I have a podcast going on, and so on my podcast, I feel like I get to make my own show out of it a little bit," Demi explained.
The former "Big Demi Energy" podcast host appeared on Season 6 and Season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise.
Demi's last relationship was with a man outside of Bachelor Nation, Slater Davis, but the pair called it quits in June 2020 after five months of dating.
Demi confirmed she is "so single" but okay with that, especially since she was diagnosed as autistic after undergoing a psychological test earlier this year.

"I haven't been focusing on dating because I had to figure out everything about myself, understand myself, work on that, healed from trauma, work on where I want to be and you know, just all about Demi," she explained.
"And I feel like that's what I need to do before I'm ready to start dating, so I'm not there yet."
But Demi has apparently maintained many close and valuable friendships since her time on The Bachelor franchise.
"I talk to [The Bachelor] women still and I do think we have such incredibly strong women and a lot of us are still single," Demi shared.
"I continue to be inspired by them because they've shown me heart in, like, whenever I've needed them in times, they've shown up for me."

When Demi decides to dip her toes back in the dating pool, she said she has high expectations and isn't willing to compromise on them.
"I have my standards. I have my boundaries, and if you don't want to meet them, you don't have to be here," Demi said, adding that she wants to "take away the stigma" of not having a partner or spouse.
"I have a lot of options out here! I'm not ready to settle down yet!"
When Demi began her stint on Bachelor in Paradise's sixth season, she sparked a romance with Derek Peth, who quickly fell hard for the bubbly and outgoing Texas native.

Demi respected Derek and thought he was an amazing man, but she couldn't stop thinking about a girl back home, Kristian Haggerty, whom she had been dating prior to her appearance on the summer spinoff.
Demi, who came out as bisexual during the 2019 season, found herself so conflicted between her feelings for Derek and her lingering or unresolved feelings for Kristian that Bachelor in Paradise welcomed Kristian on the show so Demi could figure out where her heart was truly leaning.
Bachelor in Paradise's sixth season ended with Demi getting engaged to Kristian, but they announced their split in November of that year.
When Demi joined Bachelor in Paradise's seventh-season cast last summer, she failed to make a lasting connection.

Demi set her eyes on boyband manager Kenny Braasch and the pair went to "The Boom Boom Room" together, but Kenny had already given his heart to Mari Pepin-Solis, and so Kenny and Mari got back together mid-season -- much to Demi's dismay -- and decided to get engaged during the finale.
Kenny and Mari are still together now and planning a wedding.
