Emily got married on Saturday, July 23 at Resorts World Las Vegas in Nevada to her "dream guy."
"It's my dream wedding because I'm marrying my dream guy," Emily, 29, told Us Weekly of the Vegas Golden Knights pro hockey player, adding, "He's everything I've ever dreamed of and more."
While Emily's twin sister Haley Ferguson just got married at the same hotel on June 11, Emily said their receptions were on different floors and in different ballrooms. The women also chose their own colors and decor.
"We wanted our wedding to be more of a party while Haley wanted hers to be more intimate," Emily explained.
"We have different foods being served as well as our wedding decorations are more over the top while Haley picked a more classic, clean and simple setup. I’m definitely more extra than Haley!"
Emily, for instance, had a bigger guest list than her sister, and the blonde beauty and William danced for the first time as man and wife with pyrotechnics surrounding them as well as a sign spelling out "Karlsson."
Emily, who wore an A-line gown down the aisle, also changed into a short, sexy and sparkly reception dress.
"I'm so so glad we got married on different days," Emily said of Haley, the matron of honor.
"We wanted our weddings to be about just us and our partners since everything else in our life is always done together. It's nice to be able to have our separate moments since getting married is such a huge life moment."
The Bachelor alum Amanda Stanton attended the wedding, but Lauren Bushnell was unable to make it.

"Amanda and Lauren are the only women from our season we remained close to. I'm thankful for their friendship," Emily gushed.

Emily's bridesmaids wore powder blue, and blue and white flowers adorned the venue.
The wedding guests dined on a fun cotton candy cart, grilled cheese and pizza late into the night as everyone partied hard, according to E! News.
The day after the wedding, Emily, William and their closest family and friends enjoyed a relaxing day at the VIP pool in private cabanas.
As for what's next, Emily and William are apparently looking forward to starting a family.
"We've been ready for kids for awhile now," Emily revealed.
"We would be beyond blessed and thrilled if we get pregnant soon after the wedding. We do not want to pressure ourselves but if it happens it happens and we will be so happy."

"I SAID YES! I get to marry the man of my dreams," Emily gushed on Instagram at the time.
"This is a moment I've dreamed of since I was a little girl and it's more than I could have ever imagined because it's truly with my perfect person. I can't wait to grow old and laugh with you forever 12/11/2020," she added.
Emily called the proposal "perfect," and added, "William Karlsson, thank you for loving me for me. You love me when I'm at my worst and when I'm at my best. I don't know how I got so lucky. I can't wait to do life with you forever."

Emily and Haley celebrated a joint butterfly-themed bridal shower on April 30, and before that, they had a blast at their joint bachelorette party in March in Las Vegas.
Emily and Haley, who co-host "The Twinning at Life" podcast, found fame when they both competed on Season 20 of The Bachelor starring Ben Higgins in 2016.
After neither bubbly influencer and model was able to win Ben's heart, they subsequently appeared on Bachelor in Paradise's third and fourth seasons.
Following Ben's stint on The Bachelor, he and his then-fiancee Lauren Bushnell starred on a season of Ben & Lauren: Happily Ever After? on Freeform.
Since Emily and Haley often appeared on the series as Lauren's best friends, the twins took over for Ben and Lauren and starred on the subsequent season of the spinoff, which was renamed The Twins: Happily Ever After?.
Freeform only aired one season of The Twins: Happily Ever After? in 2017.
While Emily got romantically involved with William in 2017, Haley returned to Mexico for another shot at love on Bachelor in Paradise's sixth edition in 2019.
Haley proceeded to go Instagram official with her husband, Oula Palve, in January 2020, and they announced their engagement in May 2021.
