The Bachelor alum Gabi Elnicki has hard launched her relationship with her new boyfriend, Zach Espinosa.

Gabi took to Instagram on Monday, June 3 and posted more than a handful of photos of the happy couple enjoying a fine dining experience at The French Laundry.

"French laundry had butter from Vermont and that is a slay," the Vermont native quipped in the caption.

The photos featured Zach wrapping his arms around Gabi as well as the pair gazing into each other's eyes and smiling at the dinner table. One image also captured Gabi and Zach acting goofy at their seats.

Supportive and congratulatory messages poured in from Bachelor Nation, including a comment from pal Kaity Biggar, who had competed against Gabi on The Bachelor's 27th season, which aired in early 2023.

"You two together are a major slay," Kaity wrote.

"I mean wow," Jess Girod wrote.

"Ahh I love this love on you!!!" Kat Izzo gushed.

"Omg!!!" Ariel Frenkel wrote.

Gabi previously posted a couple of "Welcome to Texas" pictures with Zach on March 19, but since one of her blonde girlfriends was also featured in the slideshow, it wasn't clear whether Gabi and Zach were romantically involved or just friends.

According to one of Gabi's followers, Gabi had soft launched her relationship with Zach by posting photos of him in her since-expired Instagram Stories.

A few fans pointed out how it's "ironic" Gabi is dating "another Zach."

Gabi had competed for Zach Shallcross' heart on The Bachelor's 27th. She finished as the runner-up bachelorette behind Kaity, who is now happily engaged to Shallcross and planning an October 2025 wedding in Texas.

Not only did Shallcross break Gabi's heart as part of a grand spectacle for TV, but he also spilled their oh-so-personal secret that they had sex in the Fantasy Suite, which made Gabi feel betrayed and "violated."

In addition, Gabi felt Shallcross lied to her about when exactly he had chosen Kaity as his winner.

But the Vermont native explained on the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast in April 2023 that she doesn't regret her stint on The Bachelor, even though it ended up being a painful journey for her.

"I don't regret it because I learned so much about myself and there's so much time for self-reflection. That's actually the only thing you can do besides think about Zach all day long, is reflect on yourself," Gabi said at the time.

Gabi said she also realized while dating Shallcross and opening herself up on television that she still had some traumas to work through from past relationships, when she felt "second" to other women or got cheated on.

"I learned so many areas where I still need to heal things about me," Gabi explained.

"This is a deep insecurity and it shows. So there was so much that was worth it. Even though I'm still hurting a little bit still, I learned a lot and it was definitely therapy."

When asked whether she was "over" Shallcross following their split, Gabi replied, "I think I thought I was over him."

"But when you leave the bubble, you are saying goodbye for good, right?" she continued.

"You can't call them, you can't text them. I'm not hitting him up on Instagram. He's with, you know, one of my best friends and I knew they were together. And I wouldn't have wanted to reach out to him anyways."

Gabi said once she had returned home from filming, she attempted to get back into her normal routine of working in sales. Gabi also leaned on family and friends as well as one pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream to get her through each day.

"Watching it back was definitely... difficult. But for me, I don't think I'm over how violated I felt by the end of the show and how hurt I felt. But I'm over Zach, if that makes sense," Gabi told Kaitlyn last year.

"I don't know. Maybe I'm not over him and I'm just saying that."

Gabi, however, confirmed that if Shallcross came running back to her asking for a second chance, she'd say, "No."

Gabi insisted there were "some positives" that came from appearing on a reality dating show but she didn't really have the desire to become a social-media influencer.

"I'm not good at Instagram. I'm not very good at TikTok either. I think I'm always going to want my career," Gabi said.

"I think what I would love is I've been given this platform now, and I would love to shed light on therapy, on ADHD, and I'd love to use that to make people feel more comfortable in being themselves and in their own skin... I'd also really love someday to open a Pilates studio, a place of wellness and acceptance."

As for whether she was ready to begin dating at the time, Gabi admitted she needed more time.

"I need to focus on me for a while and not jump to put a Band-Aid on what I'm feeling right now. It's okay to be alone, and I think I need to learn that a little bit," Gabi concluded.

"But if Tyler Cameron reached out to me, I would respond. But I'm totally not going to shoot my shot right now!"

When Gabi was still single, she said on the March 30 episode of the "Click Bait with Bachelor Nation" podcast that she'd be interested in meeting Tyler and The Bachelorette 19 alums Aven Jones and Spencer Swies if she ever appeared on Bachelor in Paradise.

Gabi also previously said she hoped to score an invitation to Shallcross and Kaity's wedding since she and Kaity had become very close friends on The Bachelor and remained good friends post-show.
