The Bachelor alum Nick Viall has purchased his first home in California.

Nick, who starred on Season 21 of The Bachelor following multiple attempts to find love on reality TV, just closed on a pricey pad in North Hollywood for $1.72 million, TMZ reported.

The home is reportedly 2,412-square feet and was listed at $1.75 million, so Nick apparently got a little bit of a deal on his three-bedroom, three-bathroom pad.
The modern home with a small private backyard and infinity pool and spa was remodeled in 2017 and boasts 15-foot ceilings, walk-in closets and a big master bathroom, according to TMZ.

Nick will even have a little poolside cabana that has an ambient fire feature.
The former software sales executive-turned-The Viall Files podcast host gushed about buying his first home Wednesday on Instagram by posting a selfie in front of the listing sign at his new place.
"6 years ago I left a career I really liked for a chance to do something I loved. I did it at a point in my life where the expectation was to settle in and live the life I had," Nick wrote.
"6 years later I'm buying MY First HOUSE and doing what I love. It's never too late to change things up and take a few risks."
CNBC's Listing Impossible star Arvin Haddad reportedly held the listing.

Nick joked about the demands and expenses of being a first-time homeowner in his Instagram Stories on Wednesday.
Nick said he's been spending money on things he never expected to buy, such as a leaf blower and a hose.

"The list goes on," Nick shared. "It turns out I need to buy a rake as well, so it will be the first time I'm buying a rake. That should be fun."
After competing for Andi Dorfman's heart on The Bachelorette's tenth season in 2014 and finishing as the runner-up behind winner Josh Murray, Nick appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season the following year.

Nick showed up on Kaitlyn's The Bachelorette edition several weeks into the process but wooed Kaitlyn quickly. The pair memorably slept together in Ireland well ahead of the overnight Fantasy Suites.
Kaitlyn, however, ended up giving her final rose and getting engaged to personal trainer Shawn Booth, whom she split from in November 2018 after three years of being together. (Kaitlyn is now dating The Bachelorette alum Jason Tartick and competing on Season 29 of Dancing with the Stars).
Nick continued his search for love on reality television following his split from Kaitlyn through a stint on Bachelor in Paradise, but when a romance with Jennifer Saviano didn't work out, ABC selected him to star on The Bachelor's 21st season to hopefully find his match.
Nick got engaged to Vanessa Grimaldi at the end of his season, but their romance kicked off with more challenges than the average The Bachelor couple to come out of the show given Vanessa was living in Canada and Nick wanted to stay in the United States.
Shortly after getting engaged, Nick also competed on Dancing with the Stars, which soaked up a lot of his free time and energy.

Nick and Vanessa split in August 2017 and Nick seemingly hasn't been in a serious relationship since.
As for Vanessa, she announced her engagement to Canadian businessman Josh Wolfe just last month.
Vanessa went public with her relationship with Josh in January 2019 after a fling with a different guy in Spring 2018 didn't work out.
