The Bachelor alum Rachel Nance has addressed speculation she's dating The Bachelorette alum John Henry Spurlock.

Rachel sparked John Henry dating rumors recently when she had posted a TikTok video of the pair appearing to enjoy a waterfront date at a restaurant. In the caption, Rachel revealed that her "wallet was not harmed" and John Henry picked up the check.

"We just hung out. He's great company," Rachel, 27, confirmed during the Wednesday, June 26 episode of "The Ben & Ashley I: Almost Famous Podcast," which is co-hosted by Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti.

"He's a super sweet guy," she added.

However, Rachel set the record straight that there's "no flirtation" going on with John Henry and they are not romantically involved.

"We both thought like, 'Oh, we should just make a TikTok because we're both probably not the best at social media,'" Rachel recalled.

"And then we made it and I posted it, and I woke up and said, 'Ooh, I might have -- this might have done something.'"

Rachel laughed but reiterated how, "no," they're not dating.

"He's handsome, he's sweet and he's a great person, but it was just -- I think for the both of us --  dinner," Rachel shared.

"The timing of it [made it dinner instead of lunch]. It was after work and he lives close to my house, and he was like, 'Let's just get dinner.' I was like, 'Sure!' We ate, and yeah, it was fun. But then I posted it and it was like, 'Ooh, the world is talking!'"

Rachel insisted she and John Henry "didn't think much of" the little friendly outing.

"We were just like, 'Oh this is fun.' And then my cousin sent me an article, like, 'What is this!?' It was a picture of he and I, and it said, 'Rumors.' I was like, 'No, we just went to dinner,'" Rachel said.

While Rachel claims to not be a match with John Henry, she apparently has a different man in her life!

Rachel soft launched her new romance on Sunday, June 23 by posting an Instagram photo of a mystery man's hand wrapped around her.

"I'm dating this guy, but we're just getting to know each other. We've gone on a couple of dates," Rachel revealed on the "Almost Famous" podcast.

"I actually posted on my Instagram, [and] people are trying to figure out who the person is in my Instagram because it's his arm."

Rachel clarified that the unidentified man is not from Bachelor Nation, adding, "I don't think anyone's going to find out who he is. I called him yesterday and I said, 'They're going to eat you alive if they find out who you are.' He's like, 'Yeah, I saw that.'"

Rachel called her man, whom she had met at a baseball game, "humble" and "nice."

"We're just feeling it out. It's new," Rachel noted.

And she apparently hopes to keep her new relationship under wraps for a while.

"I also told him, I was like, 'You know, if we were to do this, I don't want to bring you into my world. It's a lot for you,'" she admitted. "So we're just hanging out and keeping it quiet!"

When Rachel had posted the video with John Henry, The Bachelor fans started shipping them as a couple, including Daisy Kent, and many people questioned if this was a "hard launch."

Rachel did not answer fans' questions, allowing speculation about the apparent couple to continue.

Rachel's ouster aired during the second half of The Bachelor: The Women Tell All on March 18, during which she shared how she had been subjected to a lot of hurtful and racist comments online.

The Bachelor's Season 28 star Joey Graziadei had eliminated Rachel after Fantasy Suites.

"I knew that I was going to go home," Rachel told Bachelor in Paradise spouses Serena Pitt and Joe Amabile on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast in March.

She added, "I think towards the end, he and I definitely knew that that's as far as our relationship was going to go."

Although Rachel called her love for Joey "platonic" on the "Bachelor Happy Hour" podcast, she told The Bachelor host Jesse Palmer at The Women Tell All taping earlier that month that she was "in love" with The Bachelor star.

Rachel said a part of her wishes she had told Joey that she was in love with him sooner, but she was also proud of herself for being vulnerable and putting her heart on the line after being cheated on twice in past relationships.

While Rachel confessed she "wouldn't do" The Bachelor again, she suggested earlier this year that she'd possibly be open to starring on The Bachelorette or looking for love in Mexico on Bachelor in Paradise.

"I am open to whatever feels right in the moment. As of right now, I'm enjoying everything settling down. I'm enjoying seeing the way things are unfolding, and it's looking amazing for my future," Rachel told Us Weekly.

"So we'll see what the future holds, but until then, I'm just going to go home, back to Hawaii and relax on the beach."

John Henry, for his part, competed on Charity Lawson's season of The Bachelorette and then appeared on Bachelor in Paradise's ninth season last year.

John Henry got engaged to Kat Izzo on Bachelor in Paradise's Season 9 finale, which aired December 7 on ABC.

"We couldn't be any more different. I knew that, she knew that, and everybody [knew that]... But it just worked," John Henry explained during an April episode of Ben and Ashley's podcast.

"She's very vocal, she's loud, she's always all over the place, and I'm grounded. It just worked... It fit."

After filming the show, Kat moved to North Carolina to be closer to the underwater welder, but she had been hoping they'd eventually relocate to San Diego, CA, together. The idea of potentially moving and changing jobs apparently overwhelmed John Henry.

But John Henry and the registered nurse from Tampa, FL, announced their split on December 11 with a joint Instagram statement.

"I started thinking to myself, 'Is this really it? Is this really what I want?' Once I started thinking that, it just kind of started spiraling for me, and then everything else just started getting more stressful," John Henry explained on the podcast.

"And then, I started to see our differences a lot more. So, things just really got hard for me."

John Henry said he was also struggling with depression at that time and he "wasn't there" for Kat like he "should've been" or wanted to be.

"It got to a point where it was just extremely hard for the both of us," he recalled. "And then basically, I called it quits. I said, 'This doesn't feel right. I think this should be a lot easier than what it is,' and it just, it wasn't the case."

John Henry revealed that Kat was "shocked" by his decision to break up with her and the situation "wasn't really fair" to her.

"Because at the time, I was her fiance and I was supposed to be her rock... I think the hardest thing for her was the fact I'm supposed to be her guy and I'm supposed to be there for her, and I was struggling with that because of all the issues I was dealing with myself," John Henry shared.

To this day, however, John Henry said he and Kat remain friends and have an amicable relationship.

The Bachelor in Paradise alum concluded, "I'm happy with my experience, and I wouldn't change it for anything... Someone is going to be very lucky to have [Kat]."
