The Bachelor frontrunner Daisy Kent has thanked Bachelor Nation for their support and shared how she hopes her story will make viewers feel seen.

During the romantic dinner portion of the evening, Daisy opened up to Joey about a health crisis she had endured as a teenager, which included gradual hearing loss, and how a cochlear implant -- which Daisy got in March 2023 and activated the following month -- changed her life for the better.
Daisy took to Instagram shortly after the episode aired and posted a sweet message to fans.
"I want to thank you all for being so kind and receptive of my story. The support I've been receiving has completely blown me away," Daisy captioned a photo of her smiling at Joey at dinner during their solo date in California.
"My story is my personal experience & no path is the same, but I hope one person felt a little less alone, a little more understood, a little more seen."
Daisy continued, "I want to thank @bachelorabc @bachelornation @abcnetwork for allowing me to share part of my story in the best way possible. I will always be thankful for that day and the support I felt from the girls in the house, Joey, the producers, the people behind the cameras, mics, and everyone involved."
Daisy said sharing her story was "one of the most uplifting days" of her life, and she added, "[It] changed my confidence in a way I can't explain."
"I encourage you as this season unfolds to show love and uplift every woman who shares her story," she went on in her post.
"I can't wait for you to hear parts of the other ladies stories as they have changed my perspective in the best ways. It's all about the love & how we express that love to others. xx."
Daisy shared details of her traumatic teenage years with Joey after the pair had a blast at a music festival.

Daisy brought up the topic of her hearing loss when Joey asked her to explain more about the nonprofit organization she was starting to for children.
Daisy explained to The Bachelor star, "A life with me is probably going to look a little different than a life with any other girl in the house."
Daisy said when she was 11-years-old, she started experiencing "stroke-like seizures," and often got very sick. At age 17, she woke up and couldn't hear her father talking to her.
Daisy got emotional and went on to reveal that her hearing "kept getting worse" from that point forward.
"Communicating was really hard for me, and it was super isolating. I kept getting sick on and off, and it got to the point where I didn't feel good -- at all -- ever. I could barely walk a block. I spent a lot of time in bed and I moved back home with my parents," Daisy shared.
"I didn't think my life was ever going to get better. I didn't think I was ever going to feel better. And then they found out I had Lyme Disease."
Daisy sought treatment in Germany and ended up being in the hospital for 30 days. During that time, she had tubes going into her chest, which left scars, and she lost a lot of her hair and weight.
"I lost 15 pounds in five days. It's been pretty wild... but after I did that treatment, I felt way better and I was really healthy," Daisy said.

Daisy reiterated how she's "super healthy" now, and Joey told The Bachelor cameras how he was so impressed by Daisy and her ability to overcome such adversity, while also turning challenges into positives.
"I am blown away, honestly," Joey revealed.
When Daisy showed Joey her cochlear implant, he called it "beautiful," and The Bachelor star told the bachelorette that he found her inspiring.
"Daisy is resilient... and to have that be the person that you're with, it's a huge trait that you can look to," Joey said in a confessional. "After this first date tonight, I can see Daisy being someone I end up with at the end of all this, and it's exciting!"
Daisy received a rose at the end of her date.
Daisy's nonprofit organization is Hear Your Heart, which she founded in April 2021.
Hear Your Heart was created to help support children who have autoimmune disorders or hearing loss. The organization helps to provide kids with medical assistance and funds for future education as well as brings awareness to mental health.
Daisy also wrote the book Daisy Doo: All the Sounds She Knew, helping children discover "the beauty of" her "favorite sounds" thanks to a cochlear implant.
