Heather Martin not only had her first kiss with Colton Underwood on the latest The Bachelor episode, but it was her first kiss ever!

But in Heather's mind, Colton was different -- and he was the man who deserved to be on the receiving end of her first kiss ever because she found him sweet, kind and sincere.
During Monday night's episode of The Bachelor, Heather and Colton enjoyed a one-on-one date in Thailand, and time appeared to stand still when the couple kissed on a beach at night with fireworks blasting in the sky above them.
"It was worth the wait," Heather captioned a video of her first kiss on Tuesday.
Although that day in Thailand was laced with awkward moments of silence and physical tension given Colton and Heather were both trying to figure out the perfect time to lock lips, the highly-anticipated moment brought both individuals a sense of relief as well as validation of their feelings for one another.
"Kissing Heather was magical and something I know she didn't take lightly, and I didn't either," Colton told the cameras.
"I'm feeling so good and so hopeful and so positive. I am on a high and I don't think there's anything that can ruin it."
And Heather, who was so giddy when Colton kissed her that she giggled, called the kiss "so good."

"It really just felt natural," Heather gushed in a confessional.
"I hoped there would be butterflies and excitement and fireworks, and literally, there were fireworks."

Heather admitted to Colton during the previous dinner portion of their one-on-one date that she was not waiting for marriage to kiss a man, nor did she need a perfect, magical moment for it to happen.
However, the kiss apparently surpassed Heather's expectations, just like the date in general surpassed Colton's and concluded with Heather earning a rose.
Going into the next episode of The Bachelor's 23rd season, the blonde beauty is one of 12 bachelorettes still in the running for the 26-year-old charity founder and former pro football player's heart.
