The Bachelor season thus far has delivered immense drama and entertainment as promised, but its star Ben Higgins insists viewers haven't seen anything yet.

The week Higgins and his bachelorettes spent in The Bahamas was "the most emotional week" he "faced the entire time" -- with the exception of Season 20's final week when only one rose remained.

"I know you guys got a little sneak peek of what is to come, and it doesn't even do it justice," Higgins wrote in his People blog, referencing the fact he told two women he loved them at the end of his journey.

"The emotion and agony I faced heading towards that final day still haunts me to this day. When I decided to be the Bachelor, I never ever imagined it would end like this."

Higgins doesn't want to give too much away, but his teasers are enough to promote widespread anticipation.

"I'll save all that for when we get there because I don't think I have it in me to get into all of that and the two 'I love yous' right now. It's just too much. But if you think this is going to get any easier, think again!" Higgins revealed.

Next week, Higgins and his bachelorettes will spend time in his hometown of Warsaw, IN, which is the closest place to his heart over any other destination "in the entire world."

"[It was] another week that changes everything for me in so many ways. The emotion of being home, seeing what my life would actually be like with these women. Not to mention that it is this week that I make the decision whose families I will be going to meet," the Bachelor explained.

"And with a single mother of two still someone I am seriously considering," Higgins said of Amanda Stanton, "that is not something I take lightly."

While The Bahamas was "the most emotionally exhausting week" for Higgins overall, he hinted the February 15 episode will have some very significant storylines.

"Next week may have been the most important in a lot of ways... It only gets harder from here," Higgins noted.

The Bachelor airs every Monday night from 8-10PM ET/PT on ABC.
