The Bachelor couple Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell will reportedly be a part of the next season of VH1's Couples Therapy, which will also include some other former reality TV stars.

Although VH1 did not explain why it did not disclose the one remaining couple in its cast announcement, a source said it's due to contractual obligations eighteenth-season The Bachelor couple is still under with ABC.
"It's true, they're doing it. The reason it wasn't put in the press release is due to Juan Pablo's deal with ABC. It's not up until August, so, contractually, it can't be mentioned until then," the source told E! News.
The couples who have been confirmed to appear on the fifth season of VH1 Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn are adult film star Jenna Jameson and boyfriend John Wood, former Big Brother winner Dick "Evil Dick" Donato and girlfriend Stephanie Rogness-Fischer, Naughty By Nature hip-hop group member Anthony "Treach" Criss and girlfriend Cicely Evans, as well as former Jersey Shore star Deena Cortese and boyfriend Chris Buckner.
Dr. Jenn Berman will return to VH1 Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn as therapist and host.
The new edition of the series will continue to feature high-profile couples undergoing three weeks of intensive therapy to try to save their complex relationships instead of calling it quits. According to VH1, some of the main issues this season's couples will be facing are "due to the fact they haven't handled being in the spotlight with much success and it has eaten away at the foundations of their relationships."
Galavis and Ferrell have been trying to make their long-distance relationship work -- as Galavis lives in Miami, FL, and Ferrell currently resides in Kansas City -- since deciding to date after the conclusion of his The Bachelor season. The pair has been scrutinized in the media ever since after Galavis neither popped the question or told Ferrell he loved her.
However, it remains unclear whether Galavis and Ferrell's participation means they're actually having relationship problems or just looking to remain in the spotlight. Last season's cast of Couples Therapy included former Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham -- who appeared on the show solo without a partner.
"For starters, maybe Nikki and Juan Pablo want to move closer to each other, and if they are having fidelity issues, they need to fix it and change things, or else he can go back to being a bachelor," Abraham told E! News, also advising the couple to "be open to growth and try not to hold yourself back. It's really about pushing yourself and growing. I would definitely let Dr. Jenn work her magic!"
Galavis, 32, and Ferrell, 27, would be following in the footsteps of The Bachelor's fourteenth-season winner Vienna Girardi and her ex-boyfriend Kasey Kahl, who had competed on The Bachelorette's sixth season. Up until this point, Girardi and Kahl are the only couple in the franchise to have appeared on Couples Therapy.
Potential signs of trouble between Galavis and Ferrell surfaced back in March when they were spotted chatting with counseling duo and Marriage Boot Camp stars Jim Carroll and Elizabeth Carroll.
"He is a very strong leader, he's masculine, he doesn't like to compromise a whole lot, and he's got a good value system," Jim told Us Weekly at the time.

"Nikki is more nurturing, sympathetic, and she's more feminine in her values. So when you put those two kind of people together the stronger one -- like Juan Pablo -- would tend to run over somebody like Nikki, if Nikki doesn't have good boundaries."
VH1 Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn's fifth season is set to premiere Wednesday, September 10 at 9pm ET/PT.
