The Bachelor star Ben Higgins had a very special Valentine's Day.

Higgins reportedly handed out roses, Valentine's Day cards, heart-shaped balloons and gift bags to children, their parents and nurses working at the hospital during his visit.
"I wanted to stop by because there's a lot of kids here who aren't gonna be able to celebrate with their classrooms at school or necessarily some with their families," Higgins said, according to Us. "Obviously love is something that's very prevalent in my life right now, so I wanted to share a little bit of love with the kids here."
Season 20's Bachelor doesn't need another girl smitten with him, but he clearly can't help being charming.
"I give these to people I like," Higgins told 10-year-old patient Yvette Mollet as he handed her a rose and gift bag.
Mollet reportedly asked Higgins if he was married and then called the handsome software salesman out for not having a ring on his finger.
"He's a nice person," Mollet noted. "I hope he finds a nice woman. Too bad he ain't a kid."
Higgins also had the nurses wrapped around his ringless finger. One woman in particular had to fan herself and check her heart rate, which was at 113 bpm, because she was so overwhelmed by Higgins' presence.
"All us nurses get together on Monday nights and we watch The Bachelor," another nurse explained. "My heart is racing a lot. He's so cute and he's tall and he’s so nice. He just spent, like, 10 or 15 minutes with my patient, just talking to her. It was awesome."
Higgins participated in the hospital's card drive campaign in which over 21,000 cards get printed out and distributed by volunteers and staff.
