The Bachelor star Chris Soules apparently feels bachelorette Whitney Bischoff is the whole package -- brains, beauty and personality.

Soules met Bischoff's family in Chicago, IL, during Monday night's episode, and lucky for Bischoff, Chicago is already the Bachelor's "second home."

"[Chicago] is only about four hours away from Arlington. I have had family living there my whole life, so it is a place I have spent a lot of time and is a place I love, not to mention it's the home of Da Bears!" Soules wrote in his People blog.

Bischoff, a fertility nurse, allowed Soules to experience what a normal day is like in her profession.

"When Whitney said we were going to make a baby, I first thought, 'Umm, it might be a little soon?!' It was very cute; that girl always has something up her sleeve for me. I've never worn scrubs before, and I was horrified, but Whitney looked damn sexy in those scrubs. Even sexier was how smart she is and how passionate she is about what she does," Soules explained.

The Bachelor said it was obvious how proud Bischoff was of her career and he found it "remarkable" she completes families for a living.

Soules was then introduced to Bischoff's family. Because the bachelorette doesn't have any parents, he asked Bischoff the "hard question" of whom he should get permission to propose from. The answer was her older sister, who's very protective of Bischoff.

"I could have never predicted what happened with her sister... I knew how strong Whitney's feelings were for me, and it caught me off guard that her sister refused to give her blessing. I totally understood her position, because this was a weird situation: a) she isn't Whitney's parent, and b) I was dating three other women," Soules wrote.

"I would have loved to have received her blessing, but it didn't affect my feelings for Whitney."

The date ended on a high note when Bischoff got up the nerve to tell the Bachelor exactly how she was feeling. It was an emotional moment for the couple.

"Later that night, hearing Whitney say she'd fallen in love with me reminded me why I embarked on this journey. The past couple of weeks had been so hard and so heart-wrenching, but hearing Whitney say those words made everything worth it," Soules admitted.
