ABC released a trailer of The Bachelor's new season during Monday night's two-hour Dancing with the Stars finale broadcast.

Colton's search for love and a future wife on The Bachelor began on September 21, when filming commenced in Los Angeles, CA.

And now, barring an Arie Luyendyk-like change-of-heart, Colton's journey appears to be over and he has returned from the exotic overseas destination where his final Rose Ceremony taped.

"Spoiler alert: I'm back," Colton, who is hopefully engaged, captioned a photo of his smiling self Saturday on Instagram.

The promo released on Monday night shared a glimpse of several beautiful bachelorettes who will be competing for the 26-year-old charity founder and former professional football player's heart.

The Bachelor's executive producer, Mike Fleiss, teased in September on Twitter that Colton's group of bachelorettes this season will be the "greatest cast of women -- ever!"

There will definitely be love, tears, and drama when The Bachelor premieres Monday, January 7 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.

In fact, Colton is shown breaking down in the promo, swearing that he's done with the show, and then jumping over a six-foot fence -- appearing to leave The Bachelor host Chris Harrison astounded, dumbfounded and calling after him to return!

Watch The Bachelor trailer below for a sneak peek of Season 23 -- including gratuitous shower scenes -- which will apparently be shocking and dramatic!
