The Bachelor star Matt James has revealed what happened in the Fantasy Suites and whether he took any or all of his relationships all the way.

On The Bachelor's 25th season that filmed in late 2020 and aired earlier this year, Matt accompanied three women into the Fantasy Suites: Rachael Kirkconnell, Michelle Young and Bri Springs.

Given the cameras stop rolling and Matt was allowed intimate, private time with each woman at this stage in the dating process, viewers aren't made privy to what goes on behind closed doors.
However, Matt has made it known he did not have sex with any of his Final 3 bachelorettes during their respective overnight dates.

"I can't speak for anybody but myself, but I think the women appreciated it," Matt shared with WSJ Magazine.
Matt apparently used the off-camera time to truly get to know the ladies better.
"Because I did learn things about them that I hadn't gathered, that I don't think I would have learned if I hadn't used that time to really dive deeper into something that they might not have been comfortable talking about on camera," Matt explained.
While Matt definitely took advantage of his time in the Fantasy Suites with his Final 3 bachelorettes, he may not have used that time wisely.
Matt expressed regret over not having had certain conversations with the women, especially his eventual winner Rachael, in the Fantasy Suites during a March appearance on Good Morning America.

GMA co-host Michael Strahan asked Matt if he and Rachael ever had a discussion about what it would be like or mean to be in a biracial relationship and potential raise children together.

Matt replied, "I think that a lot of the time spent during filming and having those conversations were amongst the other women of color."
"The conversations I had with [Chelsea Vaughn] and the conversations I had with [Michelle Young]," Matt admitted.
"And I think that we could've had those conversations amongst the white women who were there as well. But hindsight is 20/20. I wish I would have asked more clarifying questions."

Matt said he had no knowledge of Rachael's controversial and racially-ignorant past during filming, including the fact Rachael had posed with friends in costume at an offensive antebellum-themed "Old South" fraternity party at her Georgia college in 2018.
After Rachael issued a public apology in mid-February for her racially-insensitive actions in the last few years, Matt broke up with his The Bachelor winner so she could educate herself on racism in society and become a better person with more awareness.
Matt and Rachael were therefore no longer dating when they both appeared on The Bachelor: After the Final Rose in March.
Matt explained on After the Final Rose he had initially brushed off racism allegations against Rachael as rumors and wanted to support and protect her as her boyfriend, but once more evidence emerged of the Georgia native's wrongdoing, he had to "check" himself and how he personally felt about continuing a relationship with her.

Matt claimed that Rachael didn't understand why her antebellum-party photos were "problematic" for him and their relationship at first, which led him to the conclusion Rachael simply didn't understand his life or perspective as Black man in America.
After announcing his split from Rachael amid her racism controversy, Matt was apparently subjected to harassment, verbal attacks and hate from people for not sticking by Rachael's side -- but she defended him on social media and called him the love of her life.
Matt and Rachael have since reunited multiple times in both New York City and Los Angeles, and they ultimately decided to get back together and try to work things out.
Matt told WSJ Magazine he and Rachael have been having "critical conversations" about race and she understands what he needs from a non-Black partner.
"I'm not pursuing any relationships right now outside of that. I [am] going to focus on my relationship with her," Matt told People late last month.
