"The Bachelorette" alum Ali Fedotowsky says she is learning to embrace her post-baby body.
The 34-year-old shared a photo and a body-positive message Monday on Instagram after welcoming son Riley Doran in the spring.
Fedotowsky bared her stomach in a pink bralette and black leggings in the picture. She is parent to 5-month-old Riley and 2-year-old daughter Molly Sullivan with husband Kevin Manno.
"Self love is a difficult thing to fully embrace," Fedotowsky wrote.
"When I look at myself in the mirror I can't help but notice that my hips are wider than they used to be, my wrinkles are deeper than when I was in my 20's, and my stomach has lumps and bumps that didn't used to be there."
"But then I try to remember that my hips are wider because they give birth to two beautiful children. My wrinkles are deeper because I've spent countless sleepless nights making sure my kiddos are cared for, fed, and loved."
"And my belly is extra squishy because it spent 18 months making sure two sweet little babies had a place to call home," she said.
"Sometimes what we see as 'flaws' on the outside, are actually what make us stunningly beautiful on the inside," the star told fans.

The former "The Bachelorette" star posted a sweet snapshot of herself holding Riley in October. Her dog Owen can be seen in the background of the photo.
"No one makes me smile like my two kiddos. Gosh I just love him," she gushed in the caption.
Fedotowsky gave birth to Riley in May.
She said in an interview with Us Weekly in July there's "no chance in hell" she's having more children.
"We're talking about vasectomies. Like, we are done," the star said. "I've had children, I've been through pregnancy, labor. He can do something this time."
"If I thought having one kid was hard ... having a two-year-old and a two-month-old is 10 times harder," she added.
"I don't think I realized how hard it was going to be, but it's good. They're great. They're awesome."
Fedotowsky came to fame on "The Bachelor" Season 14 before starring on "The Bachelorette" Season 6.
She married Manno in March 2017.
