"Welp, we're back! This time for Mama (minor setback and need a quick/safe procedure) but got a quick snuggle with this little nugget first," Andi, 37, wrote via Instagram Stories on Saturday.
"Also never been less excited for anesthesia (motherhood changes you quick)."
Along with her update, Andi also shared a selfie with her newborn in the hospital.
"Lesson Learned: No matter how clueless you are about motherhood, you still know your body best!" Andi continued in her post.
"Listen to it! Yes, recovery is tough and everyone is different but your instincts are valid (and probably right)."
The former The Bachelorette star welcomed Harper Bell on December 20 with her husband Blaine Hart.
Andi revealed this past weekend that after she had been discharged from the labor and delivery ward, she began experiencing "a ton of pain," Us Weekly reported.
"It was getting worse by the day," Andi recalled.
"Despite the Internet saying recovery takes the, I still felt something was wrong and finally after trying every home remedy, I called my doctors and they told me to come right in."
Doctors told Andi that she had "one large and one small hematoma" that were causing her pain.

"Within a few hours, we were at the hospital and prepped for surgery," Andi shared on Saturday.
"A very straightforward procedure but still pretty terming having a 6-day-old baby, plus loads of hormones still lurking."
Andi added that people should trust their instincts and what their bodies are telling them when something doesn't feel right.
"Trust that your doctors do truly care about your health and well-being and don't be afraid to reach out to them," Andi concluded.
"I felt some guilt worrying about myself instead of my daughter but realized she's no good if I'm no good. Hope this helps anyone out there doubting their own postpartum recovery."

Andi introduced her infant daughter to the world via Instagram on December 22.
Andi uploaded sweet family photos in the hospital and wrote, "Introducing ... Harper Bell Hart. Our sweet girl came into this world at a solid 7lbs 13 ounces and tall like her Daddy at 20.5 inches! We are more in love with her than we could ever have imagined."

"He even chose her middle name which is short for Bellissima, the Italian word for 'beautiful.' An ode to a place that has been a magical part of so many milestones in our lives and now will continue to be a part of her for forever."
Andi went on to thank her friends and followers for their "amazing well wishes" and support.
"And an enormous thanks to our girl for making us the most mushy, proud, sappy parents ever! This is truly the best gift we have ever received," Andi gushed.
Andi, who starred on The Bachelorette's tenth season, and Blaine revealed they were expecting their first child together in a joint Instagram post on August 5.
"Future Mom + Dad!!!! To say we are over the moon is an understatement! Baby Hart coming later this year," the couple captioned a photo of Blaine wrapping his arms around Andi as she showed off a strip of ultrasound photos.
Andi then revealed she was pregnant with a baby girl in late August.
Andi and Blaine got married on May 31, 2023 in a "dreamy" three-day celebration in Sorrento, Italy.
Andi and Blaine chose to exchange vows in the same location where they had reconnected in Summer 2021 after her time on The Bachelor franchise.
The couple later celebrated their union with a large group of family and friends in Andi's hometown of Atlanta, GA. Andi called the event a "special" second wedding.
Andi and Blaine met more than a decade ago, but their relationship didn't take off until Summer 2021.
"It's kind of a crazy story. We actually met at a party when we were both in college," Andi told People in June 2023.
"Blaine was playing baseball at Furman University and one of my friends was his teammate. We met and then I never heard from him again until 15 years later in Italy."

"I told him, 'I'm in Italy, so no.' And he was like, 'Well obviously. I saw your Instagram Story, I'm here too and I want to take you out for drinks,'" Andi recalled, adding how their chance encounter would be her last first date.
"That was it," she gushed. "[Italy] is a very special place for us."
Andi initially revealed on Instagram in November 2021 that she was dating someone special, and then she officially introduced Blaine to the world via Instagram on New Year's Eve, ringing in 2022 in a big way.
"Cheers to a year filled with love and sparkles. 2022... I have a feeling you might very well be the best one yet! Happy New Year," Andi wrote alongside a photo of the pair dressed in formal attire outside of a swanky hotel.
Andi revealed she was in love in February 2022, and then she accepted a marriage proposal from Blaine in March of that year.

Andi wrote on Instagram at the time that the engagement was well "worth the wait."
Blaine popped the question on a beach in Los Angeles, CA, with a ring designed by the same jeweler who had created Andi's mother's engagement ring about 40 years ago.
After Andi and Blaine got engaged, they bought and moved into a house together in Greenville, SC. Andi had been hoping Blaine would move to Los Angeles, but he apparently won that debate.
Andi previously told People that she wanted to "protect" Blaine from the public eye for as long as she could.
"But it's fun for me to share it now, and it makes me feel good to see that people are truly happy that I finally found love," she said at the time.

Andi proceeded to star on The Bachelorette's tenth season, when she rejected runner-up Nick Viall and got engaged to winner Josh Murray. The finale aired in July 2014.
Andi and Josh announced their split on January 8, 2015. Almost two months later, Andi took to Twitter to reveal she had decided to move to New York City. She then relocated to California in June 2020.
Andi has written two tell-all memoirs, It's Not Okay: Turning Heartbreak into Happily Never After as well as Single State of Mind, the first of which bashes Josh and how he had treated her during their short-lived relationship.
Andi had accused Josh of being verbally abusive, temperamental and controlling in her book -- which Josh in turn called "fiction."
"I was disgusted with myself for what I put up with. I was a strong, independent woman and I allowed [Josh] to be [emotionally abusive]. Now, I know I don't want someone jealous or controlling. I know what won't make me happy in [the future]," Andi told People in 2016.
"We all have red flags in our relationships that we don't see. Looking back and seeing those red flags was very cathartic for me. I realized our relationship wasn't the highlight of my life like I thought it was. So I took it off the pedestal and realized all was not lost."
Andi admitted in January 2021 that she would have made very different choices on The Bachelorette if she could go back and do it all over again.
"Honestly, if I had to pick a different person from my season it would not have been Nick, who was second. It would have been Chris Soules, who was third," Andi said on the Dax Holt and Adam Glyn's "Hollywood Raw" podcast.
"He was my buddy, my friend. I really liked Nick and Josh... Chris was like my safety blanket. He was the guy I could go on a date with and I knew that we would have a good time. There wasn't a ton of pressure."
Andi said her love for Blaine was totally different from what she had felt in past relationships.
"Not only do we love each other tremendously, but we like being with each other. We both just want to make the other happy and in turn our relationship is a lot of fun. That's the word I'd use to describe our relationship: fun," Andi boasted.
